By having segregated school Bulgaria is setting itself up for further ethnic conflict which could easily be avoided by promoting equality and unity between ethnic groups. Hi. I am from Bulgaria. In my class in the school there were for 1 year two gipsy kids. They skipped school, didnt learn and at the end they simply stopped coming. Nobody in my class mobbed them, nobody said something bad to them. Education in Bulgaria is obligatory, and also for the roma people it is not only right, but obligation.
