So, ESSENTIALLY, Wire just sends Values to things like Thrusters to tell them at what speed (or w/e the variable may be) to use? Like, if the buttons ON value is, say, 1000, and the off value is 0, by hitting the button, you can remotley turn on/off thrusters or w/e else you may need. I'd Imagine it would ALSO work for Doors. And anything with any value of any kind. Like Balloons. Or Elastic. Or anything like that. Am I in the ball park? Sorry for noobness, idh Gmod yet, getting in a day or 2.

this is gmod 10 not eleven isn't it, I only got gmod after '11' came out.

No such thing as Gmod 11.

is. its the latest (and last) update for gmod, and changed gmod 10's name to 11. But it isn't a whole seperate game. Go on wiki and search garry's mod. At the info bar at side you will see that version :11

Oh.. Kay.. So this is like making a really difficult thruster where you could just choose toogle from the menu (in normal thruster) and then press the key.. I still don't see why I should download Wire Mod..

its good cuz u dont realy run out of keys 2 use like 8,5,4,6 with normal thrusters when ur making a car.. then when ur making a wire can u can just set the thrusters to w,s,a,d and still use the same keys (w,s,a,d) for other cars (if u used advanced pod controller)u made unstead of having like 5 cars going at one time.

Because on normal thrusters you must hold the numpad key all the time and u also run out of numpad keys eventually.

PacSteam is illegal. And yes, it would work, assuming you managed to get Garry's Mod to work on the cracked version of Steam; which is a task in itself. This will work on the cracked GMod.
