You're mixing too many different styles of sprites.
I see SMW pipes, SM allstars backgrounds and stage elements, yoshi's Island enemies, the Mario 64 health bar...

This isnt the actual DS game, this is a modified version of super mario world with custom sprites / graphics. Good job!

Believe it or not, this is in fact a Nintendo DS title. The one issue to note is that Nintendo POSSIBLY intended this for GBA release instead; much like they pushed Twilight Princess away from the GameCube to the Wii (though they still released it for both systems strangely enough).
