just insensitive, show-off style. The hard part is without force, and without an aggressive spirit. If you want to develop your aggressive spirit, go drive in rush hour and honk your horn a lot. That works VERY well....

This video will always be a heart ewarming reminder of the wonderful seminar in which this video was taken.
It shows the joy of ATOGEIKO (free training time after the class is over). Sensei is with his white belt, watch, glasses... informal and free.
Sometimes, during such training, you learn something more significant than you learned in class.
