I'm taking 7 supplements so far. Unfortunately it's barely helping at all. However, until I find some other treatments to help. Truly, it's better than nothing. How are you doing now? Cfs started for me in 08 as well. Also some supplements to try for your fatigue would be coq10, l carnitine, NADH, b-complex to go along with your injection. Also a prescription medicine called nuvigil is supposed to help fatigue. I'm trying to get put on it. I'm not sure they have it in AU. But it's worth a try.

There is a CURE for Chronic fatigue.
