A program called sixemu runs only on linux.

uses bluetooth and emulatessixaxis address,

program keys. play ps3 with whatever pc controllers you want.

not fully developed and there is mouse lag, but with alot of tweaking you can get it running smoothly. Or, you can spend 100 bucks on a eagleeye. dunno if eagleeye works any better though.

Run sixemu in UBUNTU.

Support the developers of sixemu and hopefully this software can be futher developed to the point where we can all finally stop playing fps with thumbsticks.

Its no advantage to controller pad, it is just my preference since i converted to ps3 from pc. The UBUNTU os is a program you install in windows. when you boot up, you select the UBUNTU os rather than WIN 7. The two OS seem unaware of each other. simply shutdown computer to switch between Windows/ubuntu

I have no problem using my 360 controller to play shooters. But when I bought my ps3 about a month ago I got KZ2 with it and it is soooo hard to aim. I hate the PS3 joysticks for aiming, especially in this game. Sucks because I wanted to enjoy the game so much.

You know 360 controller having battery packs is a plush. I can simply play a game, battery dies, simply put in a charged battery pack keep playing. Duelshock 3? Once the battery dies on that, you have to break out the USB cable play with length issues.

the controls just suck in this game...its a mistery why the fuck they didnt fix it. it is literally the only reason why i dont even bother online. look at BadCompany 2, the controls give that sense of realism and weight of weapon and body movement while actually allowing you to enjoy the gameplay, whereas killzone 2 controls suck hard. i hope they fix it in KZ3
