  • It is just a simple dish called 'Egg Fried Rice'. You need Oil, Garlic, Egg, Rice, Salt, MSG (or Chicken Stock), Pepper, Sesame Oil, Oyster Sauce, Light Soy Sauce, (and Dark Soy Sauce if you want.)
