It is just a simple dish called 'Egg Fried Rice'. You need Oil, Garlic, Egg, Rice, Salt, MSG (or Chicken Stock), Pepper, Sesame Oil, Oyster Sauce, Light Soy Sauce, (and Dark Soy Sauce if you want.)

nasi goreng/fried rice are famous almost in around southest asia.I love nasi goreng from Indonesia,China,Thailand and malaysia.All those fried rice are taste great.Anyway-If u make home fried rice,add the egg at the end....so the egg will cover every peace of rice.
