You have to actually go into the folder and find the file, even if it is automatically selected when converting it.

When you have jst downloaded a video and clicked "convert" then it should already have the name of the video that you just downloaded in the bar, however it will usually only work if you then browse for it.

It depends on what you are downloading.

If it is copyrighted then it is illegal, if it is not then it is legal.

E.g. on this tutorial I downloaded one of my own videos that I had lost, therefore it is legal.

It shouldn't give any viruses - I've never known it to. (And I have AVG Free 8.5)

And it shouldn't make your computer go slower, unless you have a LOT of other stuff on there as well, or your computer is really old.

At the converting stage? 'Cos if it is, you have to actually go inot browse and find it, otherwise it often plays up. (even if it is already saying that it is selected)
