I think in the states a judge said that if the mother of a five or some odd kid changed the channel instead of sueing the chanel/etc she wouldn't have had to pay for the court for getting tax payers to pay for his job on that case.

In the states I believe in a amendment or bill, etc that if you don't like the song, show, etc change it.
