  • wrong wrong no oil on salads

  • Love Courtney (and you too Tim!). I embedded this video in my blog post too :)

  • Wow she's sooo beautiful.

  • this is the absolut tastiest thing ever...my boyfriend and i eat at least one a day...shes so right..it definitely has a cheesy taste...crazy.

  • I've been in lust with courtney since her first juice feast.

  • =))))))

  • I do this everyday! I mix the spirulina in with the oil first so the powder doesn't go everywhere. Cool! I'll try it with the H.F.N. product sometime.

  • Food science major here: Spurulina is a really cool algae. Some strains are actually comprised of 45% protein!! Wow isn't that great!! too bad none of that protein is availble in uncooked algae..... cooking destroys the individual cell walls and denatures the proteins, making that algae much more nutritious. What did i just say that cooking made food more nutritious!! OH MY GOD!!

  • Tim, Try Spirulina Crunchies from Vivapura. They are really good on salads and they give you that consistency of something crunchy that is fun. And they have a DNA spiral to boot. No relationship to the company BTY.

  • Just use Vitamineral Green

  • Not as good as SCs. They rock!

  • RunningRaw, Have you tried 80/10/10? I perform so much better on it, do you? Maybe not possible with low tropical fruit availability, I get that, and maybe humans can function really well on non-whole foods like oil, dried food, salt, ground rocks and the like.. hehe, naa i don't mind all that stuff I still do a bit of it myself. Seriously though you're an extrordinary athlete what do you actually eat? Can't possibly be high-fat/oil, high greens, high sprouts, low sugar can it?

  • consume e3 Live algae

  • Cool vid. :P

  • Just tried this with healthforce (had some in the pantry), hemp oil, a little plain old salt (just realized i'm out of good salt) and spinach. At first I thought, "Well I'm health-forcing this down my throat." But after a few bites my palate adjusted and I'm looking forward to eating it again tomorrow.

  • It's sounds more like a plug for a certain brand, I thought he wasn't into superfoods?

Her teeth a whiter than a polar bear!

  • Eat whole fruits and vegetables in sufficient quantities. You do not need these so called "super foods" sold to you by these raw gurus

  • I didn't hear them try to sell anything. All they did was recommend an alternative to eating a regular salad.

  • just in case you did'nt know, u can't eat "just fruits and veggies" the soil is depleted of nutrients, has been since the 1940's. Plus we breath in all sorts of stuff like toxins and get them from a many sources. To just eat veggies, I juice, would require to to eat TONS of both all day every day.

  • @tkflowers Yeah, Or eat cheesburgers and pepsi and feel tyred and depressed , more and more as year pass by ... If U didn't try why do you say is bad ? U can find organic from a friend's garden or grow your own...Anyway if you had tryed fruits and vegetables you wouldn't said that. Salads or fruits are not more toxic than meat, the animal is eating tons of cereals with pesticides in it, after that you eat the meat wich is loaded ! :) Research first, speack after, act and choose informed.Bye !

  • i love courtney poole, i read her blog on a regular basis. thank you for posting this vid with you and her! :)

  • OMG, I wish I could've been there!

  • TIM ! thank you for bringing us along!

  • I wouldn't say spirulina is gross,an acquired taste yes.

  • Spirulina is gross and not meant to be eaten by humans. In addition, it does not contain a usable form of B12.

  • Im off the spirulina now also but I never heard about the B12 being unusable .Where did you get that from?

  • Alright someone with a head on their shoulders!

  • Some of my favorite peeps!

  • Thanks for posting this Tim! Courtney is FREAKIN beautiful in every way!! Her blog..is so informational too...that's where I first learned about Healthforce Spirulina..and I'm SO glad I've started using it! It's a staple now! Thanks to you both for sharing this....!! YOUR VIDS ROCK MAN!

  • sounds yummy! think i will make it for supper and force it on my poor unsuspecting dad too! =D
