@ESP1EMG Scranton used to have many electric trolley lines running in and around the city before cars were common. In the last decade Scranton now has the Electric City Trolley Museum with a restored line going from steamtown to the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees stadium.
I'M surprised they even bother with dumpsters, last time I was in Public Square there wasn't an open business in the area.

Unreal.I've noticed much of the area needs to be carpet bombed and rebuilt.
Many neighborhoods consist of poorly built, fire prone coal company houses,that should have been condemmed 40 yearsago.
NEPA does grunge right..
