i like traffic in this game like avoid from we're crash than other burnout they accelerate and towards to accident

Burnout 1 was the best, then 2, then 3.. you see where im going? They started off with the best and all of the other games seem dull to me.

I like how in this game the NPC cars actually try to avoid the crash, rather than wildly accelerating into it like all the other ones.

I loved this game when it came it and I still love it, screw all the haters who're just pumped up on graphics. If you haters THINK you can drive then play this game, the graphics might not be all that but it's way more challenging than that easy crap they call Burnout : Paradise..(Not saying I don't like Paradise too but the first deserves it's kudos)

no disrepsect but this goes out to all of the critics that against this game if it wasnt for this burnout, none of these burnouts that we play today would have never existed. besides it was made in 2006 so of course it would look like it sucked but i bet some good racers that races online probably gotten some their skill by playing this burnout

This game I could honestly say, was legitimately harder than the newer ones. Your cars had less of a tendency to slide and handling was a lot more stiff. Making it harder to get out of tight situations.

This is a great game, i have it on my XBox, now i play it on my XBox 360 I really love this game this Burnout is so simple and so fun that i sill playnd it today The games were so fun back then, now the games are noting as fun as they were before, i remenber when i played those game back then, there were months of fun, now one week and the games get boring

i know, i play all of them, my xbox was on another TV, without a recording system hooked up, so i just made a burnout 1 vid. too bad they didnt make burnout 3 for gamecube

do u prefer manual or automatic transmission? i use manual whenever the game allows u to, the newer ones dont have an option its all auto, thats another reason i like this game, is you can accelerate a little faster with a manual cause u can get the engine to turn faster before changing, allowing better hill climbing nstuff

same here, BUT, when i got the hang of remembering to shift, its almost un noticable, i just naturally tap the y button to go up, and the x button to downshift to get more accelaration
