As for "Burden on the small businesses," Your tax breaks don't help them, they help the massive corporations. Or the Koch bros. They're small business too, I guess. But the freedom they need is money to help them with start-up costs. "Work their hearts out" so they can be under cut by larger corporations and lose it all.
