Yes but you forget...Goku was the 1st to fight Super17....And super17 gains more power when he fights....So after a while he was much more powerful than Goku and Vegeta, so when it was time for Vegeta to step up Super 17 was just too powerful for goku and Vegeta, but Goku acened to SSj4 and fought him......But Goku only defeated Super 17 because of 18....
