  • He's a lot like my youngest granddaughter. Although she was born with autism, she can say words, but she doesn't talk to you, she repeats what she hears.

  • my daughter is now 5, and everything was going great UNTIL the mmr shot. She lost her words, seamed like she couldnt hear and stop looking at us, but now shes doing great. has words, gives lots of love and is sooo happy. we just started the b12 shots, already they made a chang. Good luck, it Does get easier.

  • You have a beuatiful son. He reminds me of my son, Connor, although Connor never developed any language at all -- I'd give my right arm just to hear him say "mom" or "dad" just once.  Hang in there, there will be some rough times ahead. Try to find something positive every single day. Never give up hope. And never forget there's thousands of parents just like you, fighting the same battles, crying the same tears, and loving our special children.
