Maria, What is the brand of coarse sea salt that you always use? I've heard you say, but can't remember. Also, where can you purchase it at. The sweet potato's look delicious. Tina

i like fleur de sel which is a type of hand harvested young sea salt, skimmed from the surface of salt ponds in France, its not a brand.

In the spice aisle of most grocery stores you should be able to find the brand "La Baleine" in fine or coarse. If you order on the internet there is a wonderful company called "Artisan Salt Company" which offers a very wide selection of gourmet salts and I love their Fleur De Sel.
