o.o Hmmm.... Mamoru, Hotaru, Setsuna, and the inner senshi have all died three times on record... Moon Kingdom, Queen Beryl, and Galaxia.... well, except Hotaru and Setsuna, who share the MK and Galaxia one.. but Hotaru died at Mistress Nine and Pluto sacrificed herself to allow Haruka and Michiru to escape from that helicopter.

Haruka and Michiru twice... Moon Kingdom and Galaxia....

Chibiusa... @.@ .... I lost count, because I count all those times she vanished from existence too.
