Earthquake & Fire Memorial

I was almost 1 year old for the quake, birthday october 21, 1988. I don't remember hearing about it until I saw the movie Miracle On I-880.

I totally remember the fires!!! You should see the houses there now!! ALL MILLION DOLLAR HOMES!!!

I used to go to Holy Names the all girl high school that was right next to these home...the school is still in tack though

I was in Los Angeles that day when the quake hit. I heard rumors about cars falling in the water and how the Bart train jumped the track in the transbay tube. Good thing the golden gate didn't fall.

i was 2 years old when that earthquake hit we was on the highway in San Bruno i think

i remember october 17 like it was yesterday i was 12 years old that was a crazy day.

I was 14 when this happened..i remember coming outside and seeing the houses on our street and telephone polls rocking back and forth...crazy

Wasn't it the Loma Prieta quake of 89 and the fire of 91?
