That noise for ailerons is totally common for my planes too. I have to wonder if it's because we are running a y-harness controlling 2 servos from one channel for ailerons where as the elevator has a single servo for its channel? More power to the elevator servo causing cleaner action? Weird. But doesn't seem to effect reliability as far as I can tell. Good observation. My parkzone corsair is the same way, stock or aftermarket servos installed (JR SM22 right now).

oh btw if you want to get the ailerons to have more throw, move the push rod to the inner hole on the servo horn.

@TeenFlyer95 Actually outer hole of the servo horn or inner horn of the control surface horn will increase the throw.
