I can see a few flaws in your stance at around the 2-minute mark, where you do the triple-shot series. Like for example when you get to the third shot your glove hand has gone to the same level with your pads, when you should be keeping it in the front of the pad when looking from the side to be able to get your glove effectively in the way of any shots which are just slightly above the pad in height, or that's what I've been taught when I played hockey as a goalie for close to 9 years or so.
I watch a lot of crappy goalies online who claim to be an upcoming NHL goalie. They sit back on the goal line and the shooter shoots right into their body. This guy here doesnt sit on the goal line, he challenges aggressively and makes it look like the shooter is shooting it to his chest by having great positioning. "Only a goalie can appreciate what a goalie goes through." These drills take a lot out of you. Good luck in the NHL buddy, I hope you play for the Flyers!!!

You can't take that as a slight against you. A good goalie needs to take constructive criticism well, and let everything else slide off their back, Otherwise you won't be able to handle playing in front of 10,000 people booing your every move and mistake.

@leblanc22 dude that's a goalie training center that they recorded this at. they are not supposed to score as much goals as they can, they are supposed to train the goalie. they are shooting like that for example to give the goalie more confidence into his saves and his playing anyway. it would be really pointless if they were shooting some impossible top shelf shots on every chance.
Keep your gloves a little higher. Too low, hanging by your pads. When in butterfly try leaning weight a little more forward. Your pads seem to be flipping up when you go down. You been to district or national camp yet?

Good luck in your hockey career you could play anywhere as long as you always keep trying and stay away from drugs/wrong people. hey man your really good im only 12 and iam currently on a roller team for my school everybody is saying i have a great glove but i want to make it better my blocker sucks and i need to learn a better way to get into butterflyim not expecting u to respond but if u could tell me some ice hockey teams that would be good for my age and just some tips thanks.

well ur guna get sniped shelf it you dont practise it bud. i imagine its harder to slide on the plastic? would be good to train slides. Learn to take chirps too people who know what they're talking about know your good.

amazing goalie- nice footwork, good speed. do you know what blocking butterfly is? it would probably help you when they are in tight, because the puck can go between your gloves and arms . Just a tip, but like i said , i think youran amazing goalie annyway

Dude... relax. I was simply wondering what was going on at Towson... They are usually a good program, so to see you guys having a down year was surprising. You can't take that as a slight against you. A good goalie needs to take constructive criticism well, and let everything else slide off their back, Otherwise you won't be able to handle playing in front of 10,000 people booing your every move and mistake.

@nyiballs hahah u could of just asked how the program was doing, not trying to bash me with numbers that dont affect how i play. Trust me, i have plenty thick skin. We lost a bunch of players to injury the first two weeks, and we have been trying to recover since then...rebuilding year u could say

@leblanc22 dude that's a goalie training center that they recorded this at. they are not supposed to score as much goals as they can, they are supposed to train the goalie. they are shooting like that for example to give the goalie more confidence into his saves and his playing anyway. it would be really pointless if they were shooting some impossible top shelf shots on every chance.

Keep your gloves a little higher. Too low, hanging by your pads. When in butterfly try leaning weight a little more forward. Your pads seem to be flipping up when you go down. You been to district or national camp yet?
