i'm using 64 bit and have done to recommended DL from the FaQ's but most of the pics are still suffer what i can only call lag and the Silverlight/WMP feature still doesn't work, any other possible suggestions
@wwwaaarrrggghhh You probably used the wrong method because you don't need to download anything to run 32-bit sidebar. Go back to that page again, and check out method 2.
@AnimeThemeSidebar i forgot to mention im using windows 7 so method 2 won't work, you probably right i just messed something up, i'll keep trying, gotta get it right eventually ty for the help
i have a problem. like i play the music and the picture reacts to it. however. when you say you can drag the music file in with the picture, it can work that way too. well when i drag the music file in, it wont work or let me. is there something i'm missing? i have the Spectrum Analyzer installed already.
1. Make sure that the animation you are using supports WMP (you should see the "WMP supported" note besides the download link).
2. "Silverlight" option on System Animator needs to be enabled. If you are using 64-bit Windows, check out the FAQ section on System Animator homepage to know how to enable it.
@zeileeaang The basic System Animator animations already support the changing of opacity of various parts to produce animated effects. Some animations (as demonstrated in this video) even support the direct playback of music or movie files. When you drop a music file, it will be played with music visualization on the background. When you drop a movie file, it will be played inside the animation.
@liamtonypearson ur comment is quite vague so i'll assume what u mean is, you're playing music files and the animated pictures aren't being..animated. For the animated pictures to move according to what music you're playing, u need to get the Spectrum Analyser from the AnimeTheme site. You can see it in the video on the upper right corner, the box with the bars similar to the media player bars visualization. Then you go into the settings for your animated pic, and choose to monitor Sound Output.
and that is what I mean !!!! thanks>< but the thing is .... I do have the Spectrum Analyzer .... and the prob is that the ( Please select the sound Device to monitor ) box under it is blank lol and cant type anything either ...
i did reinstall Spectrum Analyzer twice but still same.
@liamtonypearson Well, if you have reinstalled the Spectrum Analyser and it didn't fix it, try reinstalling the System Animator. Although by now you've probably tried that. If it's still not working, would you mind emailing me a screenshot of what you mean by "the ( Please select the sound Device to monitor ) box under it is blank". My email is james.orr@hotmail.com. If you don't know how to screenshot, you hit the printscreen button, go into paint, press paste, and save the image.
@tomoyo14 If I can help i'll try to help, but it would be alot easier if we can chat over an IM rather than just posting here. Once again my email is James.orr@hotmail.com. If you have xfire and would prefer to chat over that, my xfire is Shadow250000. If you are going to add me on either account, please add a message saying who you are, so i know it's not a random spambot.
@liamtonypearson I have the same problem, when I try to check the monitur output there is nothing in the drop down menue, have you figured out hw to fix it?
BETA Test: I am accepting application for beta tester of SA4.5. If you are interested, leave a comment here and say you want to be a beta tester, and I will PM you with the download and other info.
@AnimeThemeSidebar Dunno how often you check all ur vids =P but if by the time you read this you still could use some testers i'd be glad to take part. I can be reached at (and would prefer to be reached at) james.orr@hotmail.com. I'm currently running Win7 Ultimate 64 bit. I can also provide my PC specifications if need be. If you have an IM account and would like to add me, please include a message of some kind so i know it's you and not one of those spambots.
@Soulxkeeper It is already functional, but I still need some tests here and there, probably on systems other than my own computer. Maybe I could use some help on beta testing... lol

@Click796292 That gadget is called "Spectrum Analyser", which can also be downloaded from System Animator homepage.
