Apples Products are also the same shit marketed with a different face. How many of you Apple fanboys know that M$ holds a very large piece of stocks of Apple Inc.? That means, everything Apple wants to do, has to be greenlighted by M$; so basically M$ tells Apple Inc. what to do..
You should probably have a clue of what you're talking about before posting to avoid making yourself look like an idiot.
Microsoft in 1997 bought only $150 million in non-voting shares which means Microsoft had no control of Apple whatsoever. Microsoft sold that stock 4 years later in 2001.
I actually had to return my oh so great macbook 3 times, because of various issues (discolorment, blinking screen, and battery problem) so please don't tell me how great macs are.
@charles: Okay, so I might have been wrong; for that I apologize.
I must admit he is entertaining. It's almost the reverse: Ballmer is more exciting that their products (actually they are garbage wrapped in attractive packaging), yet Apple's products are more exciting than the CEO. I guess it's because Jobs is a REAL computer guy (dull, boring), whereas Ballmer is the used car salesman type.
sorry but a complete fool like ballmer in charge of a company like that? there's a difference between self deprecation and embarrassing what is supposed to be a professional company.
and seriously if you don't get english get back to school or hurry up cos your late for english class. "this is your CEO" clearly aimed at people who are employed by Microsoft "welcome to a brave new world" referring to the hand over from gates "Microsoft" the target of it all
"..."welcome to a brave new world" referring to the hand over from gates "Microsoft" the target of it all"
What?
"and seriously if you don't get english get back to school or hurry up cos your late for english class."
Your post is the definition of irony. I wasn't aware that starting thoughts and sentences with a conjunction was the method of exemplary English grammarians, that you could have an NP-PP with an NP directly following with no verb and that possessive markers were optional.
Actually, this time I give respect to the balls: he made a total fool out of himself the first time "developers developers developers developers", and I couldn't help but despise him. But now, I see he's got sense of humor and courage. Good on him.

Aaah, so many hate in one thread.
Anyway, that was Ballmer responding to a developer during the Q&A session who asked him whether he'd show some love like he did for them years ago.

At least Apple's products work unlike the red ringing 360. How many times have you had to return your console?

Do us all a favor and never touch an Apple product.
They were designed for people like you.

I felt the same way when Ballmer did that the first time for Windows 98, I gave him props for being brave enough to go out and act crazy.
But now...eh.

what a complete idiot i look forward to seeing this company burn long slow and painfully

Wow, seriously...lighten up a bit.
The guy at least can be self-deprecating and display humor--imagine Jobs ever making fun of himself or taking that broom out of his @ss.
And what is this "this is your CEO"...are we all MS employees now? "Brave new world" references? Yikes, welcome to Town Hyperbole. Population: You.
