  • 100 mile is not what the body is meant to do naturally ,joints will give out if you keep that up

  • @edwards21416 another stuck idea that is supposed to be true for everybody... Could you please think there are people outside of your norm please? These guys have another level of strength and health that could be outside of what is true for you but does not mean is not true. Don't you have any areas where you are out of the norm yourself, where you are particularly good at?

  • Ive learned now that the reason they are so healthy is because they have got rid off all toxins in their bodys. It is not the fruit really that did it, fruit is just clean. Now that I eat raw eggs from healthy chickens I did not only get rid off toxins, but also have a high sex drive. Awesome. To each their own tho, I am just sharing this info. I am not hating on fruitarianism, because I did that too, but in the long run I got a bit depressed, raw eggs made me a happy man again!

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop if u eat only vegitarian or vegan u are always gonna be somewhat sickly, its a fake made up man made diet fad, eggs are great, u might be surprised to find out though that all the goodies are in the yolk, the whites imo are useless, only thing in them is magnessium, everything esp hormone related is in theyolk.

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop did you eat 10g of carbs per kg b.weight. per day?

  • Instead of throwing out all that food when someone starts a raw food diet, take it to the food banks and homeless shelters, lets not waste food people.( and at the same time you'll be helping out other people) Otherwise awesome vid guys

  • What is a typical day of eating for a fruitarian? Are you eating three squares a day or eating every few hours throughout the day? What is a typical dinner for a fruitarian?

  • @gawfboy, michael reccomends grazing on one type of fruit at a time throughout the day. So you might have 10 types of fruit spread out during the day.

  • @gawfboy google 30bananasaday for information on this diet

  • squirt

  • Wow! Two impressively fit, muscular bodies right there! :-)

Awesome! And Mike and Dan, in huge admiration of your kindness and generosity in promoting fruits and veggies health and fitness.

  • Wishing I was there -- looks like heaven!! :) Mike: you rule for setting that up!! Blessings to all -- may we all achieve the same high level of health as this group of beautiful people! :) Peace & Love

  • is the fruit at the festival really not organic ??this does not make sense to me why do this then eat pesticides and isnt it expensive to attend??

  • @BadMarriageMORECawbs that makes sense

  • Love you MIke!

  • I just found out he is 35, based on all of his other videos I assumed he was in his 40s doing all of this. Ultramarathoning is impressive, how he looks so much older than his age is not.

  • @CerebralPrince10 Older? I see a totally ripped dude (that doesnt even do fitness) with smooth skin and hair.

Those are not signs of getting older. Or am I missing what u meant by this?

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop

The dude is a marathon runner, how is that not fitness?

His face just gives off "middle age" man, maybe that's just me. I never said he wasn't healthy, just that he looks considerably older than his age would suggest

  • @CerebralPrince10 So what? Ralph Machio looked like a kid well into adulthood. Britney Spears was made to look like an adult when she was a kid. Stacy London rocks a gray lock...I don't get the point you're trying to make.

  • @rockhills

Coventional wisdom is that high fruit based diets lead to accelerated aging, and the big names like Dr. Graham, Durianriders, and now Mike Arnstein are proving them right.

  • @CerebralPrince10 Well.. thats ur opinion.. I agree on Graham and DR.. but they use supps and have different diet than Michael even tho its both Fruitarianism. But again.. ur opinion. Now I can tell u alot of people healed their diseases on this diet without medication including myself. So if u ever get sick.. remember this :).

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop

    1. I said conventional wisdom not what I personally think

    2. Neither Doug Graham, DR, not Mike Arnstein are true fruitarians as they all eat denser foods like veggies, nuts, seeds. There is a big difference between "raw veganism" and "fruitarianism"

    3. I said "I never said he was not healthy", but to play DA I know a lot of people who have developed health problems on this diet. My point was about accelerated aging, I wasn't getting into a health debate

  • @CerebralPrince10

    1. Conventional Wisdom is doing a great job so far with the recommend dietary advises.

    2. Mike Arnstein explicity mentions in this (and other) videos that he is a high water content fruit eater.

    3. I know alot of people.. really? Come on. I dont get he accelerated aging stuff u talkin about. So healthy looking people look older? Please clarify.

  • @CerebralPrince10

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop

    1. I am very against conventional wisdom when it comes to diet so it is concerning when those on fruit based diets edify their skepticism

    2. Calling somebody a fruitarian when they eat veggies is like calling somebody a vegetarian when they eat meat. There is a huge physiological and psychological difference between fruitarianism and frugivorism

    3. Just look at any raw vegan forum, people are bitching left and right. High insulin cortisol and adrenaline = increased aging

  • @CerebralPrince10

Im out of this discussion. Sorry for starting it. Hope u will do well in ur life. I hope u stay healthy all ur life and find a career in basketball. Ciao

  • @CerebralPrince10 Yo Cerebral Prince I want to thank you for your comment the other day. After I thought about it I realised how blind I was. Ive been doing some research and stopped myself from looking short term I discovered u were right. So my apologies. The reason I healed myself was probably due to quitting grains and some other modified manmade products. Really appreciate it. Again good luck on ur basketball ur very skilled!

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop

Haha thanks IR. Good luck in your health journey. Never stop learning!

  • @CerebralPrince10 Yo Bro I need to thank u man. I just wanted to let u know that I am still on a vegan diet, but its a cooked vegan diet with alot of potatoes. I feel much stronger and I have more steady energy. People say I look way better too. Also Ive built muscle (that Ive lost during Fruitarian diet) back pretty quickly. So u changed my life in a positive way and I wanted to let u know this. Hows ur basketball career going? Pce

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop

Sure no problem. People can get pretty dogmatic when it comes to fruit, and I just want people to be informed because the truth does set you free.

As for me I'm still going through my personal journey with health and fitness. I've put the pursuit of competitive sport on hold as I still have a lot to learn about a lot of different things. You'll here from me soon enough though

  • @CerebralPrince10 As for health maybe u should check out McDougall's starch solution vid(s). It is very interesting and it makes sense. All societies have grown and developed on starch based diets. Now as for fitness I found calisthenics to be the best thing for muscle developing and strength. It looks like gymnastics. Because they do not have strict forms but attack muscles from all angles u get a well proportioned body. U do not need weights for this except your bodyweight.

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop

It's good for you that you found something that worked, but starches are definitely not the solution for me. Complex carbs require even more work from my body as they are low water content and more difficult to break down. Plus, naturally speaking most popular starches cannot be eaten raw, though some can. "All societies..." is too broad and too modern a statement, you can say that all societies have grown and developed with meat but that doesn't mean it is beneficial.

  • @CerebralPrince10 I understand what u are saying about starches being harder to break down because of the low water content. That is why I started a fruitarian diet, but it is way hard to maintain. What I do now is eat twice a day (morning and evening) so that my body gets alot of rest for digestion. This works way better. Ofcourse drink enough water is important. It is all about giving your body the time to heal itself, so eat less TIMES a day and u will feel awesome.

  • Comment removed

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop You must have a really strong stomach if you can eat 1000+ calories worth of fruit in one sitting! Many practicing fruitarians eat several small (calorie-wise) meals a day.

  • @rpmangin and have no energy because they are very undercarbed.

  • @rpmangin totally bs.100 calories in a meal is nothing man.i always need more

  • @mousourmix i meant 1000.at the begging it is hard but after you need more!

  • @mousourmix Still, you'd have to eat bananas and dates, and perhaps cheat by eating dried fruit, every day in order to realistically get 3000+ calories a day. Unless you graze throughout the day like Arnstein here, it's simply unrealistic to think that a human can get those calories on fruit and greens alone. One MUST eat some concentrated foods, or one will, by default, end up overeating the lower-calorie-density foods.

  • @mousourmix then eat some more raw fruits and vegtables

  • @CerebralPrince10 Unfortunately, many people simply cannot afford all fruit diets, because they're the food group that has the second highest monetary cost per calorie, only to vegetables. Most people can, however, afford to eat cooked starches for their caloric needs, and, in fact, a lot of impoverished societies eat lots of cooked starches, especially potatoes.

  • @rpmangin

I am totally with you there. Even as I intermittent fast, plants (especially organic) simply don't look pleasing because of the price tag next to them. Health professionals simply do not take an individualized approach to health and fail explain many subjective factors (what a person likes, what a person can afford, what a person digests well, what a person can access, climate, etc)

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop

As for physical activity, the body adapts to whatever stress you put on it. You go bulky, expect bulk. High intensity type IIB = high intensity body. Low intensity Arnstein style = low intensity body. I personally do mostly bodyweight work for functionality and flexibility

  • @selhax he is tough... try running with him, see how tough u are... u a raw fooder tough guy?! Huh?! R YA!? show me your best meditative yoga running veggie run buster! got that!? HUH!? DO YA?!

tough hippie cyber challenge aside, what have u done that is so tough? what makes u tough? whats your best tough guy story? ya get tough with anybody? make anyone tougher due to your efforts? just self-tough?

Mike has gotten real results, how can u say its a joke?

  • hmmm, i wonder if david wolfe does the woodstock fruity thing... gee whiz, why doesn't he or McDonald do all that hard work running like arnstein? i know, they are too busy meditating and doing yoga ;)

  • awesome :). Mike is a hero.

  • Weird...Michael doesn't seem/look like himself in the video (aside from the beard)...great to see him though!

  • I love this, inspiring....

  • THANKS DTM FOR POSTING VIDS ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

    LUV YA

  • great video guys, thanks

  • @selhax people might call him a health food nut, but he has taken living life large to a health food limit... he is the evolution we seek... well, a few of us... whats psycho is to go to McDONALDS for their $1 garbage specials - whats psycho is SAD, the Standard American Diet, that has yielded over 60% of us as overweight these days...

vegan-vegetarian are only the most basic foundation of what he does, a start, but not the finish... i'm convinced raw fooders are the elite...

  • Thank you Dan and Mike.

  • Just wondering how much it costs and where it is? Year is enough time to save up. :-) Be weird to meet people in person though.

  • Where does protein fit in...humans need protein...I know you can it get from nuts and such but you all talk like you never even eat that...

  • @DawndeeDALLAS u r talking about THE PROTEIN MYTH... requirements are minimal compared to carbs and fat, as those two are much more easily burned... protein loss is quite minimal, mike proves that well enough...

vegan body builders prove it, people keep mentioning protein, how about too much protein, heard of that?

  • @glorp896 well I don't really eat that much meat. I am not a fan of meat...I just don't like it but know you have to have some kind of protein...that is why I was asking...

  • @DawndeeDALLAS if you saw world standards of various medical organizations and/or governments organizations as to what percent of calories should be protein u will find that all grains, nuts and even some veggies all are over the basic requirement... yet judging by arnstein they have over estimated what u really need!

meat is completely unnecessary as to protein requirements - look at some of our massive vegan beasts, cows - even dinosaurs, some of the very largest - brontosaurus... all vegans

  • I spy Doug in the background in the beginning... ;)

  • @BadMarriageMORECawbs i'm never down. i'm never upset. i heal in 5 minutes. i have tons of friends. i'm never tired. i'm never insecure. i have perfect relationship. i don't have debt. i never fart. i never worry & all cuz raw food.

GOOD SALESMAN mike. he made $ b4 going raw. he's that type & probably came from $ jewish family. his success isn't all from raw & he's not as perfect as his pitch. no one is. sorry peeps. perfection doesn't exist. mike has flaws & problems cuz he is human

  • @igotsissues no, i think he is jesus, he just hasn't come out of the closet as jesus yet... he is our fruity stealth jesus runner...

never fart? wow... the average person farts about 15 times per day... GOOD JOB! so u are greater than mike jesus arnstein? your life is more amazingly wonderful?

when i did raw food for a few weeks it was the most fart free time of my life... but i guess i just prefer farting again :( as i eat dead food... at least i'm back to my fruit only breakfasts...

  • @BadMarriageMORECawbs Yea, bananas seem a little dehydrating to me. But the reason you can't squeeze water from them is the type of fiber. Every source I've seen says bananas are 75% water.

  • Be there next year, for sure.

  • AWESOME

  • So Dan you and this guy sound alike & you even look alike. Hehe funny :)

  • Btw, these guys don't wear shirts because they are trying to prove to others the power behind eating Raw fruits & vegetables! They're healthy & they're proud! GOD bless them both!

  • So awesome So awesome!! Im so inspired! Thanks for the video!!

  • For those of you interested in a 2012 Fruit Fest. Please ask Mike to only get organic fruit next time. The bananas were organic fair trade. But I did not see organic on any of the cartons or stickers - not on the avocados, watermelons, apples, papayas - all conventional! The veggies were all organic, tho. Kinda sad that I had to drive to the Sunflower Natural Food Market in Woodstock afterwards cause I was jonesin for organic papaya and melons!

  • @fivetailfarm Wish i could have joined you. :-o

  • I love Mike Arnstein. He's an inspiration

  • great video and to the haters go hate some place else this is LOVE man

  • Thank you Dan for interviewing people like Mike, FreeLea, and Tim ... really enjoyed watching them!

  • It would be nice if these get togethers were not so expensive! I would have LOVED to go to the Woodstock fest, I live in Upstate NY-but the price? Thats a months rent for me..

  • @dreamstars21 yes I'm on my phone sorry for grammar. But I was serious,is there any real data regarding frutarian lifespan? We know what this is for typical Americans or might be canadains :) 74 I think we also know vegitarians 56 I believe. Would be good if any real data is out there to support this life style.

  • My speakers cant pick up the sound (of you talking, only the kids in the background and stuff.... it was the same with your intervju with freelee)

  • AWESOME VIDEO!! FAVORITED, SHARED ON FACEBOOK AND LIKED! thanks Michael Arstein and Dan and all. love n light. ps. welcome to enjoy my Abundant Joy and Celebration channel too friends. peace n love, Owen :)

  • THANK YOU! For posting all those Woodstock fruit festival videos, it's been great for those of us who couldn't be there this year! :) Thank you very much!

  • Well our ancestors were reknowned for running hundreds of miles, this is normal, this is what we are designed for. Back then they would have had a 100% natural diet, likely mostly raw, organic and local. Accessing fat stores is the key to 'super endurance' and the only way to do that is to have low intensity workouts lasting a minimum of 3 hours. The rest takes care of itself if you eat right.

  • yes the world needs love, love is the solution .net

  • If your going to throw your food in the trash and start new, you should atleast drop it off at the food bank.

  • Love these video's, VERY INSPIRATIONAL!!!!

  • Great interview, Dan. Mike, you are so right on -it is the future! Thanks for sharing.

  • Amazing video - WOW I will be there next year - this is MY Pilgrimage. You both are amazing - all of the people that went there - I can't wait till next summer! I'll be on the 80/10/10 diet - the REAL NATURAL human diet from now until next summer and I am SO excited about it. AWESOME VIDEO HERE!

  • oh man i got to be there next year!!!!

  • LOVE YOU DAN!! can't wait to see you in nyc

  • how can I turn the volume on those kids down?

  • check back in a few years...

  • I jus t don't know why its so cool that these people run so far. you running because all of the sugar the fruit is producing. too much sugars isn't exactly always a good thing. what is the average life span of a fruitarian?

  • @casaaprile Wow you are making a mistake. Read the book 80/10/10 it details how blood sugar levels rise and fall in minutes from fruit - when you are on a low fat diet. Don't criticize something you haven't researched and therefore don't know about. I'm not saying you're a high school drop out because you wrote in poor grammar just now, maybe you were in a hurry. If you want to be responsible, read 80 10 10 then you'll understand and it will change your life. It is the real bible.

  • @DreamStars21 no it is not the real bible the bible is the real bible dufus

  • @casaaprile The endorphins are highly addictive. It's a high like no other, and I have ever done drugs. Same with chili peppers. The bodys response is a form of pain from consuming them, thus imitting endorphins. I have a friend that puts tobasco on EVERYTHING! Again, even hot peppers can be addicting.

  • @BadMarriageMORECawbs Yes, I think you are right. This certainly sounds reasonable. I'm not sure about bananas being dehydrating though as I remember reading that they are around 75% water, but surely dates are a lot less. I prefer to get my water from high water fruits, but if I'm eating more of the denser foods then I up the water intake. Seems to be working well! Cheers.

  • the sound is on only on the left speakers.... would be nice to have it on both... for those with no hearing on the left ear. Thanks.

  • 8:18

  • mike arnstein is freaking riped!!! I wish i had his body.

  • @rockabilly That's funny....you mean ripped with 2 p's ! But you're right, he is "riped" because he's "The Fruitarian" !!

  • Dan, you ask such good questions in your interviews. You can tell you sincerely make a point to do that (for all of your viewers... beginners included).

I so appreciate the effort you take in doing that.

From one heart to another, thank you.

  • Dan, you rock!!!!

  • Nice one Mike, and thank you Dan for the video. Dan, you are looking really good man... you're putting back the muscle that the bike ride started eating into. Respect to you, brother.

  • YO DTM WASSSUP BROTHA???!!! ACCEPT MY VIDEO RESPONSES PLEASE!!!

  • When you've been on raw foods for a while do you lose the need to wear a shirt? lol

  • @bluesdog88 lol technically yes, your skin begins producing it's own natural sun block! :D

  • @bluesdog88 I think all men that have nice abs like to show them off----naturally.

  • @bluesdog88 - no they just look so good that they dont need shirts anymore, sweet!!! Hope I can get to the point where I dont need a shirt anymore too... :)

  • @bluesdog88 RESULTS! ♥

  • @bluesdog88 lol i think so, because your skin can protect you body against the sun's negative ray easier. So you can sit in the sun get a little tan and the Vitamin D you need without as much harmful damage from the sun :) The key is lots of tomatoes!

  • @bluesdog88 so cute...lol.

  • @bluesdog88 Or did you ever actually have a need to wear a shirt? Remember, they are outside in the middle of summer.

At least they aren't puting make-up on or photo-shopped "weight loss" pictures.

  • Hey Dan, thanks for everything you do. I was wondering if sometime you can do a video on "Fruit Allergies." Because I eat just one Orange and my gum tissue starts breaking out in blisters and I can't even brush my teeth. And that goes for pretty much all fruit. I can't eat it without suffering. Any suggestions? BTW, Veggie Juice is fine for me; it's just fruit that I have to avoid.

  • @mrbrunelle it's been found that a lot of allergic reactions are from ingesting too much grains (specifically processed grains)... might want to look into it :) Once I dropped the processed grains and ate more fruits and veg my allergies quickly disappeared. Maybe try eating more veggies and greens in the meantime?

  • @CalmingBuddha I do eat plenty of Wheat and other grains. I'm definitely gonna try your suggestion. Thanks!

  • Love this, but one thing I would like to emphasize. DONATE what you can of that extra food. Dear GOD don't throw it away!!! There are starving people in the world you know!!!!

  • Mike is BoOss.

  • These guys don't look very healthy at all. They need to implement more variety into their diets. They look really old in the face, and they look really scrawny sort of, the kind of look drug addicts have, where their bones have more definition than their body mass. I think all this running is not so good for them, they need to get back to the basics, Gorilla exercises, using their own body weight to break their nutrients and vitamins down further.

  • @Tenatiouz dan is a boss, is just the facial hair

  • @simplygarnett No, I saw pictures of him just two years ago. He has aged so quickly. Nothing to do with the beard. I know they all promote being in the sun, but the price to pay is premature aging of skin. See it all the time. I stay out os sun for extended hours and use protective sunblock. My vitamin D levels are perfect, and skin is very youthful because of staying out of sun.

  • @JollyGreenGodess what if people like to look tan? surely small amount of tanning is fine

  • @simplygarnett Small amounts are fine. Twelve to sixteen hours a day is just way too much. Especially for fair skinned people. Well making a choice to look tanned is a personal choice. Just not mine. Tanned skin is damaged skin.

  • @JollyGreenGodess /watch?v=5Rym0ZcdI5c

  • @Tenatiouz I agree. I don't doubt these guys are in shape, I just wish more of these frugivores did bodyweight exercises instead of enduracne sports and ate a little more fat. Then they wouldn't look so guant.

  • @Tenatiouz you think dan looks old? are you kidding me?

  • @composertimbeek this dude (dan) ain't in his 30s like he says he is that's for sure

  • this should be in cali!

  • I think these raw foodists look older than their real age because they are *constantly* getting burnt out in the sun.

  • 12th day of my DTM water fast tribute. 2 days to go.

  • this would be a great opportunity to take blood samples of all these speakers/experts and compare other metrics of health. Got any $ left over from the fruit fest to pay for that?

  • @Sourpusscandy I think Harley would be one of the few that would agree to do this. Lots maybe have something to hide.

  • i'm never down. i'm never upset. i heal in 5 minutes. i have tons of friends. i'm never tired. i'm never insecure. i have perfect relationship. i don't have debt. i never fart. i never worry... & all cuz raw food.

GREAT SALESMAN. he made $ b4 going raw. he's that type anyway & probably came from $ jewish family. his success isn't all from raw & he's not as perfect as his pitch. no one is. sorry peeps. perfection doesn't exist. mike has flaws & problems cuz he is human

  • yeah you do have issues!!!! Stop hating! Don't drag others down because you have issues! Words are powerful...dont use them to hurt others! You're only poisoning your own life!

  • @elizny1 stop screaming sister. so much anger and aggression. seek oneness and wholeness and the bagwhan rajneesh.

  • Comment removed

  • @igotsissues screw you, you pessimist. Your youtube name says it all.

    screw you, screw you.

  • @Obinome everything is said is true though. if the truth doesn't make ya feel good it's pessimism? 3000 died on 9/11. is that pessimistic? want me to say 297 million Americans "didn't" die on 9/11? screw me??? that's so negative and bitter. lol screw pessimism. screw optimism. embrace reality. it's freeing bro. instead of "screw you" i say bless you cuz i'm positive. try it.

  • @JollyGreenGodess yes, I've seen DR's vids showing results, too late to grab people's samples now, but yes, we need a bloodwork challeng! including doug graham's, vitalis', david woolfe's etc. let's see if what they're pushing really makes health

  • @Sourpusscandy your name fits the comment

  • @Sourpusscandy a lot of lfrv's post their blood results online. You should look it up. Off the top of my head, DR and Alicia of RawSynergyTV. Hope you find that helpful!

  • I never grew up eating junk food. Mostly tropical fruits, rice, and fish. We did not eat breads, no candy, crisps, burgers, cheese. Most of my life I've been a serious athlete, and look no where near my age. Stayed out of the sun too which is a huge ager of skin. Never been seriouslyy ill, all perfect blood work, never take med's, and have recently started eating plant based diet. My parents did right by feeding us a healthy diet. None of us were sickly types.

  • Dan, you have quite a talent for interviewing people ! GREAT JOB with all these interviews. WE LOVE YOU !!!

  • so do all raw foodies shave all their body hair off? or are they all naturally hairless from the neck down? just something I noticed :)

  • It so funny how Dan looks at people while they are talking when he interviews them.. lol

  • Dan you are really doing a great job expposing us to these peeps. You have some real journalism skills going - I am impressed! Thanks!

  • doug graham is in the background and HIS SHOULDER BLADES ARE UNAPPEALING TO ME! RAW FOOD IS NOT THE WAY!

  • I thought Mike looked way older tha his age. I still embrace plant based diet though. The Jewish peoples are very smart when it come to making money and I am happy to see that he is sharing it all with you guys.

  • @JollyGreenGodess he does look older than his age but he looked older than his age before he was on raw food as well.

  • @msa1985 What does this mean?

  • @JollyGreenGodess it means some people look older than they are..

  • @msa1985 Thank you for the answer.

  • Thanks for sharing all these videos Dan, I'm going to get my English butt to the next one for sure!

  • why didn't you guys donate that food you threw away!

  • Ok I am a runner also! 50-60 miles I go a week ... The only thing I realized after 2o years of running is. I could hAve been sitting holding my kids OR. Hugging my wife nurturing myself through my family . I was self absorbed and selfish running is a escape Too late now I can't get those years back ;((

  • Dan I am so impressed with your vids from the festival, you have a natural graciousness that brings out the best from all you talk to.

  • I'd love to come. I had no money to come, then things changed to where I am obligated to be elsewhere. As I'm writing this I'm wondering why the heck I'm not there right now, I think it's because I had a lot more learning to do before I'm rewarded with such an experience. <3

  • Praise-hopefully I can make it to one someday-like next year!

  • He is Hot!

  • ....a little humility?

  • The interviews with all these people at the fest are awesome and very educational. Believe me, I've been inspired to the max. But, one thing that seems to be prominent is the "titles" everyone gives themselves or what others call them (i.e. "Fruitarian", Raw Vegan, Raw Foodist, etc., etc., etc.) Is this really necessary to get a point across? Maybe if their just considered a human being who eats fruits, veggies, raw, etc., etc. then maybe they won't be called the derogatory names.

  • @1221tam people love labels

  • Awesome vid! Will have to be there next year for sure!!

  • thank you MIKE ARNSTEIN
