  • I can't stop playing this, i love this shit HAAAAAWWW!!!!

  • I most definitely got diagnosed by some STUPID FUCK!!!! Bipolar can be badass at times. AHHHH!!

  • @metalzep786 True, but its easy to say PJ is more emotional because noone really understands the meanings of songs.

  • Amazing song!

  • It's my favourite track from the entire album. "Ten" is my favourite album in the band's history = "Why go" is the by far the best song of PJ to me!

  • @Krugero117 Agreed!

  • wow only just descovered pearl jam and leme just say..... better than anything ive ever heard accept alter bridge

  • @brrrrvd Alter Bridge? Pearl Jam INVENTED Alter Bridge.

  • @Imperativism so true...

  • @Imperativism my opinion alter bridge are better

  • why they wil go home and listen justin gayber and stuf like these when you can listen to pearl jam.

  • first pearl jam album i bought...wow !!

  • I fuck to that song.

  • the guitar solo in this song kicks ass

  • Temple of the dog > Pearl Jam

I'm not trying to hate, I love both bands, but EVERY song by temple of the dog is just great in my opinion, some of pearl jams songs are just annoying and meaningless.

  • @Panterallica1 Temple of the Dog have one disc. Pearl Jam have nine. It' isn't the same.

  • @Panterallica1 then don't listen to Pearl Jam if they're annoying and meaningless. for every Pearl Jam hater, there's ten fans.

  • They played this song in Curitiba,Brazil... And I was there!!!!! :D

    WHY GO HOME o/

    WHY GO HOMEo/

    WHY GO HOMEo/

    WHY GO HOMEo/

  • Sorry for the dislikes, those are my f*ckin neighbours!

  • Long live pearl jam! I will not die without playing with them on stage!

  • 1:20 Channeling Jim Morrison.

  • schoooool.... 90sssssssss.... grungeeeeeeeee... i misssssssssss...

  • @kazmageddon2 lol..me too, but I don't miss school ;)

  • intro reminds me of even flow

  • @ultrakool Same! I always think of it every time I hear it..

  • @hotpeacechick yeah. same intro, but distinctly different song, as it gets going. they must have said...let's open it with this..and then it developed into something else completely different. poetic license, i guess. anyway, considering the bringing together of this group and the ultimate outcome, i think we are all willing to cut them some slack, am i right? they never recaptured it, unfortunatly, imo. the second two releases had their intermittent high points, tho...

  • It is the best. Love pearl jam forever. so real.

  • 7 people have been diagnosed by some stupid fuck

  • Comment removed

  • @rookirab lol

  • I used to rock this album back in middle school and still, to this very day. It makes me wonder what the hell has happened to the music. It's taken a nose-dive, like the economy..

  • My dads bassist is the friend from this album!

  • @AntiJonasZone im guessing you mean dad's friend is the bassist? The bassist for this album is the same bassist since before they were even pearl jam and is still the bassist

  • @labrat420

If you look a page back you'll see everyone was making comments where they were re-arranging the words like that. Funnily enough though, my dads friend has met the drummer.

  • My friends dad is this album!

  • @kirbyrocks6 Don't tell him I love him! ; ]

  • My friends dad is the singer for this album!

  • @12321Walrus. OK...and my name is Barack.......

  • @thisischavez im joking......look at the 3 comments in a row.

  • My friends dad is the drummer for this album!

  • still coming back 4 more...... y go home......

  • does anyone do it better than this fn' band.?.? TEN is "thee" Gr8est mfn' album ever in the history of music.... sorry to beethoven, beatles, stones, led zep, tom petty, and outkast. Pearl Jam wrecked all other music 4 me lol...

  • @joshoooaaaahhh lay off the pipe.

  • why go home when u can stay with me & listen to my beloved Pearl Jam?

  • I imagine the weirdest mash-up....

    "Why Go For Some Poundcake?"

"Down low & down home" "Why go home? Why go home?"

    rofl

  • omfg Jeff is king XD

  • awesome bassline in this song

  • Mike MCcready is a fucking god.

  • I enjoy the badass guitar solo.

  • ............

  • the intro seems like metallica-the end of the line

  • @sivakonn you mean the end of the line sounds like this song....not the other way around

  • @kill9945 Metallica's riffs are amazing.. and this one just an another one.. Great coincidence.. it's fukin' metallica ...

  • @sivakonn

Metallica is a fucking amazing legend.

Pearl Jam has ten times the amount of emotions and meaning into the music though.

    Pearl>Metallica

  • @Bondokill Metallica in the 80s put more anger and meaning into their music than any other band has ever done. Without Metallica there wouldn't be a Pearl Jam as grunge is influenced by the pure anger that thrash metal used to have.

  • @FarApocalypse you really dont know much about music then, ever heard of david bowie, the cure, pixies and my bloody valentine they all put about 3 times the amount of meaning into their music than metallica. not necessarily hate but they expressed that more subtly and diversely than metallica ever could.

  • @SenorBeagleCulo i have a great knowledge of music... it's just to really understand where pearl jam is coming from it helps to have also been through what they went through. ie depression. if you were to ask eddie vedder or chris cornell where metallica one of your influences you would get a yes.

  • @FarApocalypse you seem to forget that pearl jam never sold out, and they never made a bad album. unlike metallica with shit like lulu.

  • @pyromaniarules lulu was a collaboration... and just because Metallica sold out doesn't mean they don't make good music.

  • @FarApocalypse wrong, selling out is basically making music that the music industry wants you to make, they stopped making music that them and the fans would like and lulu is a horrible failure because lou reed could have done it better without those sell outs. he made of the greatest and most influential albums of all time, then he ends up now with lulu? i say not! its metallicas fault for it sounding so bad and now they are angry over it.

  • @pyromaniarules lol metallica arent angry about it...

  • @FarApocalypse they kinda are, they tried to blame piracy for low sales of lulu. but the fact is that nobody wanted to buy the album because it was so terrible

  • @pyromaniarules maybe piracy is to blame... everythings free these days.

  • @FarApocalypse you would think, but im pretty sure people wouldnt want lulu even if it was free.

  • @Bondokill

    I love you!!!

    Metallica & Pearl Jam 4ever!!!

  • @Bondokill Metallica put just as much emotion in their music as PJ, there two different types of band though, both equally excellent. It is irrelevant to try to say one is 'more emotional' par say.

  • @Bondokill why are you comparing pearl jam & metallica? O_o

  • @jerksauce81 Because it has been suggested that Metallica stole this song for their "End Of The Line" song

  • @jimmyhayers wow man, i never thought of that! good point, it does have quite a similarity in playing style. it may be a valid inference cuz this style is used kind of awkwardly in "End of the Line" as it doesn't seem to match well to me with the rest of the song =/ pearl jam definitely may have had some influence

  • @Bondokill

Dude, that made no sense at all.

First of all, I like both bands equally, so don't question my intentions with this comment.

Second, you can't just compare music like that. When I'm drinking beer with my mates and we want some chill beer drinkin music we put on Metallica. At that point of time Metallica is way more awesome than PJ. When you're alone, for example enjoying a walk with your dog thinkin about your life PJ is way more appropriate.

  • @Bondokill

Third, why would you want to write a comment like that? What gives you the right to judge about 2 of the most popular bands of all time? Also, who the fuck cares what band is considered ''better''? I listen music for myself, I don't give a crap about what other people think of the quality of the bands, that's for you to interpret in your own way.

And number four, open your ears, metal can speak to you in a whole diffrent way than you might expect. Try the band Pantera.

  • cult

  • @SanityIsForTheWeak0 your stupid.

  • @everydayvince My stupid what, good sir?

  • I think it's drone, not clone... like a robotic "yes" person who acts just like they want her to.

  • Fuckin A Caleb

  • Isn't it funny how the most liked comment on this vid disses rap, when every third person who watches this movie, is here because of P.O.S?

  • @SanityIsForTheWeak0 What the heck is P.O.S?

  • @TheJaded1039

    /watch?v=RQIEuugmarY&feature=related

  • @SanityIsForTheWeak0 His cover is cool, but i dont think every third person watched this because of him. I"m just saying.

  • @TheJaded1039 Hmm... Maybe you're right. I just saw a comment with a bunch of thumbs up about him and then assumed a bit ;P

  • "Ten" is the best Pearl Jam album.

  • @tubein73. Hands down.

  • @tubein73 No...VS is!

  • @tubein73 You're right!

  • @tubein73 disagree

  • I like this song

  • A slice of grunge heaven - amazing talented band & Eddie Vedders solo stuff is great as well. Would love to see them live - if they come to the U.K someone please message me!

  • go canucks!

  • My goodness yo!! I fuckin love this song. This band is phenomenal. Vedders vocals are rediculous. One of my favorite albums of all time

  • I cum everytime I heard the scream before the solo

  • o melhor.

  • Btw, this song rocks. P.O.S did a cover which lead me here. Hell yaa.

  • @kramraux im here for the same reason man. much respect =D

  • 7 dislikes? I wonder who those emo fags are?

What has two thumbs and jams out to PJ? "This guy" *thumbs pointed in*

  • GRUNGE FOR FUCKING LIFE!

  • WHY GO HOME , WHY GO HOME , WHY GO HOMEEEEEEEE ! !!

    Fuck yeah

  • Jeff Ament-king.

  • She's scratches a letter.. (8)

  • Lady gaga is the only top 40 artist I can respect. She listens to metal (one of her dances when she worked in a go-go bar was based off of Black Sabbath) was a roadie for Iron Maiden for a few tours, admits she makes shitty pop music and actually went to Juliard, a school of music (I've heard she didn't from some people, but it goes back and forth).

  • 2:06 for the ultimate bad ass solo!!

  • @KindOfLikeDying Pearl Jam doesnt need to make electronical music, they are great without it. :)

  • @KindOfLikeDying So does pissing directly in a toilet without looking.

  • Great song !!!

  • Seems as though 7 people have been diagnosed by some stupid fuck! He, he, he! :D

  • It does take talent to write lyrics, which is essentially poetry no matter what anyone's preference is. The thing that I find obnoxious about some rap is when they just sample songs because they're too lazy to hire musicians to compose something original or hell, learn how to play a damn instrument. The 'genius' known as Kanye should know what I'm talking about.

  • 7 fans of Tokio Hotel disliked this song.

  • @CalebTheDestroyer What has rap to lady gaga, man?

  • when you click on the comment box and it opens up for you to type look at the bottom left of the box just out side of it. It should say 500 characters remaining. put your courser on the right inbetween the "5" and the first "0" and click. Then start typing.

  • this sounds like a mixture of "once" and "even flow". great song though

  • pearl jams the best

  • i like the bass lines lol this is a good song oe of my favs

  • GOTTA LOVE GRUNGE!!!!!

  • njoyed this great album in downloadmusic .im

  • go buy the album better@evelinlusby84

  • EPIC fucking intro man!

  • If you haven't felt a deep angry while listening to these lyrics at least once your life then you haven't lived. It's great! Yeah!! Fuck it!

  • Love the intro

  • @413Gansta me too

  • BRING IT BACK MANNNN... KICKING...

  • Pearl Jam's best song from ten, they have never rocked like this and never will again. What a band and what a song. Their self titled album Pearl Jam also delivers some gems similar and Riot Act is also a return to rocking form, for Balls OfJerico- check these two albums out.

  • So can anyone recommend any Pearl Jam songs? I like this song and Go.

  • @BallsOfJericho All of the their first two albums, Ten and Vs.

  • @BallsOfJericho Black, Rival, Rearviewmirror, and Indifference are just some of my personal favs.

  • @BallsOfJericho

Every damn song on this kick-ass album.

  • SUCKS

  • Pearl Jam rocks philippines.

  • what an epic fucking song...one of their best for sure....beats all the new shit of today hands down for sure!!!!!!!!!!

  • There's a difference between muisc and rap. Music takes talent. Pearl Jam kicks ass. Fuck Lady Gaga and all that shit.

  • @CalebTheDestroyer hate to break it to ya but lady gaga is pop not rap i agree that she sucks tho,rap is music just not good music

  • @unableelephant Rap can be music, but not always. There's nothing about rap that makes it music, but it often is. Pop is more music than rap, but its basically just the crappy parts taken from all of the good music, with overproduced effects and LOTS of marketing.

  • @bassflags the beats they make are music... You may not like the sound of it,but it takes a special mind to come up with the beats they make, not easy. Plus if not music, than its art. Because its a primarly black people,so they do wat africans always done, dance,ya know? I like rap, well hip hop not waka or nothing in that nature,i like bob, eminem, big l,big pun,you know the talented artist, but it may not be music but it takes talent

  • @kingadalou i hear ya dude, i love eminem and most of them, eminem's a real artist yo. but i was just sayin, there is nothing about rap that MAKES it music... or art. but it can be as u just pointed out.

  • @CalebTheDestroyer correction: mainstream rap. real hip hop is music

  • @xxllPMF3llxx You just made me wanna listen to some tupac

  • @CalebTheDestroyer rap is nothing more then another form of music if ya that closed minded ya should /wrist, whether ya like it or not its still music and for someone to be good it does take talent, how bout enjoy what ya enjoy n dont pay no mind to shit ya dont like, all bout taste n what ya get outta music, i grew up listening to pearl jam, soundgarden, nirvana all that but i still listened to my pac n few others

  • @justplainsik well said sir!

  • @justplainsik yeah i agree, you can't just bs another type of music just coz you don't like it. all types of music have good songs, you just gotta find them

  • @CalebTheDestroyer There's a difference between music and rap but in my opinion your opinion is crap. Pearl Jam does kick ass, Lady Gaga is creative in many ways, and rap has produced some of the most talented lyricists ever. Don't be a narrow minded jerk, music is win no matter what your preference is.

  • @CalebTheDestroyer lady gaga isn't rap haha fail

  • @CalebTheDestroyer dude, rap takes talent too, and trust me lady gaga dosent sing rap, she sings....i dont even know, its just shit, anyways dont diss rap, its fucking hard to do.

  • @CalebTheDestroyer

While I agree with you, you're retarded for thinking that Lady Gaga raps. Learn to distinguish between genres and thoroughly listen to an artist before forming an opinion on them, rather than disliking them just because they're part of the new generation of music.

  • @CalebTheDestroyer Dude wth, Lady gaga doesn't rap, she's dance pop xD ...i think rap lacks of talent on an instrumental way, i admire it in the lyrical way though :P i listen all kinds of music, but DON't RESPECT commercial styles xd or people who don't even compose their songs, etc. Rock and punk will always be my favourite styles, and I love pearl jam. so you have my support :D xd, sorry 'bout the bad english, i did my best xd

  • @CalebTheDestroyer It's too bad what kids today are growing up with musically, I think it will effect their creativity and appreciation levels as adults. Just as we went back and listened to music frmo the 60's and 70's, hopefully kids today are doing the same thing with grunge.

  • @CalebTheDestroyer Technicaly, you are wrong. On two accounts actualy. first and foremost, rap is music. It's main instrument is the lyrics itself. It's spoken word with a beat. Second, rapping takes talent. If you break it down a little bit, there's this thing you call "freestyle". It's when you rap something non-written, just stuff you can think off. There's the delivery with the beat to consider, and the context to make sense. Opinions are opinions, don't get it confused with facts.

  • @CalebTheDestroyer Lol. "How to get thumbs on a 90's music video."

  • @CalebTheDestroyer Now I agree that most rap sucks nowadays, but you should take a listen to POS (maybe the song 'POS is ruining my life'). He's a rapper, yes, but he's also lead singer in two punk rock groups, and his hip hop is heavily influenced by punk rock. Just an idea.

That said, Lady Gaga should go home.

  • @CalebTheDestroyer What is this, I don't even...

  • Comment removed

  • @CalebTheDestroyer this whole comment is a non sequitur. it's not that you're wrong, it's just that you sound like a fuckin idiot.

  • @CalebTheDestroyer am with u dude , they totally suck !!!!

  • @CalebTheDestroyer Rap has talent too mate. I'll never understand people like you who can appreciate one genre of music so much but disregard other ones. The fault is your own and if you have made the choice to stereotype a whole genre of music with very talented and aware artists simply because of a superiority complex, well... sad for you.

I agree with fuck lady gaga, lil wayne, wakka flocka or whatever he is, drake, jay z, etc not just for their music but their media control of youth.

  • @CalebTheDestroyer Good rap takes talent, you obviously know nothing of the genre. Pop music and hip hop are two different things entirely, you dumb cunt.

  • @borntoend94

sure rap takes talent. Back in the day House of Pain, old Public Enemy, Young MC, Coolio, LL Cool J ...... that shit took talent. Nowadays rap glorifies all the worse in human nature. Look at 50 cent totally glorifying getting shot in the face. How many stupid kids thought he was the coolest thing ever cause he got blown away? Absolutely fucking ridiculous.

  • @friedrich420 Nowadays real hip hop is underground; intelligence and talent don't sell to kids these days. Listen to Non-Phixion or Jedi Mind Tricks, they're brilliant both lyrically and musically. Rap music is still good, just not in the mainstream.

  • and don't even get me started on those stupid fucking bullet hole stickers people were putting on their cars.

  • Has anyone noticed that metallica stole that riff in the beginning for their song "end of the line" in the death magnetic album?

  • @bmarlow2 wow its pretty close isn't it. Makes me dislike Metallica even more :p

  • @bmarlow2 yea ur right

  • @bmarlow2 big deal, end of the line is awesome.
