Pen ink and india ink wont work as it is tested.. because pen ink will just fade in a few weeks or month... india ink on the other hand will do the same way... it is better to use Stidler ink it is use in calligraphy art.. it is more darker.. and long lasting color that dosent fade for many years...

Don't bull shit these people. I have 3 tattoo's that I did with india ink. They are as black as the ink. I did it with a home made tattoo gun. It works just fine you need to know how deep to go and if your bleeding a lot your going too deep keep the gun perfectly straight or you will get what is called an ink explosion! But india ink does work very good! Be safe people! And make sure you keep everything clean so you dont die!

@foxracer19765 yes i agree i've just figure out what's wrong.. the India ink i brought is fake and the Pen ink it's still fade. i don't know why..

@kj91gorre It is because pen ink isn't water proof. India is that's why you got to be careful with it. The pin ink just goes in your skin and break's it up. I don't know where you live or what not but there is a store called Michael's they sell india ink for like 4 dollars. It is a 1 fl oz bottle with a built in liquid syringe. I will send you a link showing you exactly what it looks like so you don't get the wrong thing.

if you stick a paper clip through the end and shape hot glue instead of melting the pen, it wont break as easy, and its a little easier.
