Yowane Haku symbolizes those who cannot create a beautiful or proper sounding Miku. Her name means "speaking small words" and is always depressed because her singing does not possess the same qualities as Miku's. But she's grown into a mature sounding Miku type vocaloid.

i've heard the rumors too but they're going to use the same voice tone that the fans had alredy give them (two octaves lower than miku for haku, one higher for Neru) so it's gonna be the same, just for utau, and that's if the rumors are true, if not, oh well they still being the Voyakiloid and the Boucaloid that Crypton Adopted and recognized as part of the vocaloid char's
