lol Yeah I agree with the person who said everybody is making fun of Fran for gaining a little bit of weight as she got a little older. Its not really that bad. I can't even tell the difference very much honestly. Fran is really nice in her interviews and is a good people person. I can't wait until Megan Fox blows up and gains 50 pounds when she gets older. That way people can make fun of her because thats someone who actually deserves it. Not Fran.

I like her talking about not being a passive "patient" but an informed medical consumer. As a society we need to change the MD/HMO dynamic that advocates for the medical consumer. she is talking about a major societal change...too bad they went so fast. That message should be advocated by the media....instead of all the other junk we see on the "news". She really is a maverick.

what i like the most is that she's talking about a new age of patient doctor relationships. the age of the know nothing patient is done. for that, i'm SOOOOOOO happy. it will make for more informed patients & patients that are more active in their own health care. instead of going to the doctor & getting 10 prescriptions, people are being involved in their own management. ultimately, this will reduce malpractice insurance & increase follow-up
