Misconception. Emulation is legal if you own an original copy of the game. He might have the MMX game, but not the SNES to play it on. And BTW, playing Retro doesn't mean playing on the exact system, it means playing past games.
@javacad0 I grew up playing these games and I'm currently playing Mega Man X on an emulator. Do you know how much a functional SNES is where I live? More than I can afford. Sorry we can't all buy old systems out of the blue to please you. I also consider myself a proud retro gamer.
@MadManX429 One reason Storm Eagle looked so easy in this video was mostly because x got lucky this time and Storm Eagle never used the attack where he launches birds at you. He still is actually pretty easy, though (especially if you have the hodoken fireball!)
Man, it sure is funny how we used to find these stage bosses so challenging as kids. ~12 years ago, I had trouble with Chill Penguin when I played this game for some of the first time, all I could think about was beating him, just itching to get out of school and to do that when I got home. I miss that old high when it comes to video games. Good job with your playthrough, nonetheless.

I can't play games with keyboards, other than your standard RPG. I was still getting used to the gamepad while playing this stage, thus why it seems like I'm "testing" the controls in this gameplay video.

He did use that attack, I simply went "off screen" when he was about to "lay" the egg in order to "break the sequence". Watch the video closely.
