The game will start with just mx and atvs and you can buil the game the way your want it from there with the DLC. Example: if your into supercross and dirt bikes then thats what you buy. If you like the off road trucks then thats how you will costumized the game.

The rider control that would meet most people's expectations is a rider that can scrub and whip just as a Pro-Rider would. In there early game Mx. Vs. Atv Reflex® there were great whips and scrubs but you cant pull a whip or scrub back. Spread the influence to anyone or any site that cares.
