@predator981000 I might add: Art of fighting invented the damage models and panning camera which many companies copy now. People say that SNK copes Capcom but Capcom copies SNK just as much.
SNK and capcom are both great. One's not really better than the other... they both have their strong suits. The King of Fighters may not be without its flaws...
but Street Fighter ain't perfect either! It's had problems of it's own, going through both ups and downs just like every other franchise.
I will say this though... Street Fighter is a more important franchise than KoF, but that doesn't mean its superior, it's just more influential. Games like Fatal Fury, and Art of Fighting(especially Art of Fighting....) are obvious ripoffs of Street Fighter 2.

Let's be honest, KoF 12 turned out horrible because of the time it took to create an entirely new engine for new hardware AND sprite the characters. KoF 13 will likely bring back the balance that's needed along with more characters we love.
Just like with old KoF games, once the engine was established, they could pump those characters out with new versions crazy fast.
Problem is only 3 new characters. I do hope more because king is fine but I don't care about mai or yuri.
Preferable I want vice back. But she wasn't very popular compared to mature and the rest. However billy-kane, blue mary, yamazaki, kula, chris hotaru, the guy rugal moveset (sorry can't remember name) back as well.

if the games were so great they'd be more popular, and they'd be tested better. This glitch happens if you do a SUPER MOVE against ONE CHARACTER, it's not even like there's some special circumstance, they obviously didn't test the super throw against every character.

if the games were so great they'd be more popular, and they'd be tested better. This glitch happens if you do a SUPER MOVE against ONE CHARACTER, it's not even like there's some special circumstance, they obviously didn't test the super throw against every character.

KoF hasn't had a good release since 99, and the most popular game they had with their characters in it was Capcom vs Snk, a game that wasnt developed by SNK. The creators behind KoF already said that if the next KoF isn't successful (Because the last one was a gigantic turd) then it will be the LAST KoF released.
