Yea. That's not a tornado. It's a downburst. A downburst a is a strong downdraft that is formed from thunderstorms, that which produce damaging winds that may seem like a tornado, but downbursts are a lot more common than a tornado. You can detect that this a microburst, b/c of the "dust" being trailed behind the heavy precipitation. These downbursts are very difficult to report as they can be misleading as a tornado, but, they are not. This report or spotting is very misleading to the public!

Sorry but this isn't a tornado. There are strong winds, and heavy rain in this footage, but all it shows is just that. Pretty amazing none the less, but what you are calling a tornado is a very dense rain curtain, and with rain falling that heavily it drags down cold air, which can only go one way once it hits the ground, and thats out ahead of the storm, and this causes a very strong squall of wind just ahead of and during the first few minutes of the heaviest rain.
