The sun was brilliant, it seemed to be everywhere because it was reflected not only by the melting snow but the wet tarmac that it revealed. I was always like 10 minutes late to school and there was never anyone else on the path. I'm sure Nujabes was toying with nostalgia on this one. I still remeber looking forward to traveling to Japan every summer, dressing up and heading over to the firework festival. It was so magical walking along all the lanterns and the thick smell of smoke from all the food wafting through theair, and the choas of peddlers shouting into the night. I'll never forget it. Its such a shame they've started to dissapear, everyone is too busy becomeing "modern"
