  • Love this 5-minute cardio workout Joanna. Not sure whether it's meant to be a warm up to something else but it's great as it is to get me moving first thing in the morning or even to do at lunchtime when I've been sitting in front of the computer all morning.

  • I find this useful to do in the morning because it's short. There are harder workouts, but who can actually stick to them everyday? This one is more doable than the latest crazes.

  • My 30 minute workout....comfortable to do for people who are to lose 50lbs.

    This routine consists of only 3 different doable exercises.

    First, jog in place for 2 minutes at moderate speed. Second, do the Tabata 10 reps. Third, do the Mountain Climber after Tabata for 10 reps. This is one phase (Jog in place, Tabata, and Mountain climber). Do all for 30 minutes. Do it at your own speed. Increase the speed in the last 5 minutes. I lose up to 3 lbs (mostly liquid) of weight. Fun workout.

  • all in all a nice vid. easy to follow instructions and if you need to give your body a quick start, i guess this works.

    but personally after having done and still doing hip-hop abs Fat burning Cardio, this isn't challenging at all.

    i am still voting for hip-hop abs work out when it comes to loosing fat and getting your muscles ready for some free weights. :)

  • This is just a warm-up. I have the full 30 minutes in a DVD I got from a magazine. It is easy as a choreography but around the middle it gets my heart beating like crazy! It's good exercise and I like that it doesn't have any floor exercises...

  • @1968service I think it's garbage and I think you just want to talk about weight loss without getting off your ass and doing anything, I think you won't lose any weight but will gain a bunch more, if this isn't factual then go see a dietitian and ask for a calorie deficit diet with the intent to lose weight, then go hit the gym and sweat, it's not hard at all.

  • @1968service The easiest to drop weights without exercise is--- cut down on food you eat. You can still eat the foods you love just cut the quantity in half and eat more often to keep you energized.

  • im 6'4 male and used to be just short of 17 stone. Since doing high low/hi NRG aerobics im 15.6 in about 3 months This is a fantastic way of keeping fit!! It beats spending time on a boring running machine etc. Since stopping weight training a few years back the pounds starting adding on and just getting to the gym was a real hassle, however now after an hour of aerobics im buzzing. Great music, great atmosphere and staying fit. (i should also note a good diet helps too lol) nice video!

  • Ok , some parts are ok but I think if you want a strong workout with more meaning you should go to Club Energize TV as the technique is better for toning along with cardio, flexibility and strength. Yes you really can do this all in 10 minutes!

  • Guys a good way to make it more intense is to jog in place with ultra high knees while she's walking and when she steps to the side really take it low then almost jump back up.

  • @Isbahali Yes ! But dont focus on loosing weight at your age, focus on being healthy. Also, do sports that you like, it will help you to stay active. Eat better, more vegetables and fibers (but it doesnt mean you cant eat chocolate at all xD) and you will feel better and better. I hope that i helped you :)
