Yes as long as you have a different character for each runthrough, yes.

When there you can't leave. When you beat the Pitt, you get free access to it whenever you want to go there.

Umm, you know, I used to think that anything on PS3 should have the best graphics (I have a PS3) but do check the graphics for Fallout 3 on PC. I don't have a HD tv though, I just use a normal tv for the PS3. But when I looked at the graphics for the PC, I was disappointed to find out that the graphics for PC were VERY nice.

So am I wrong about PC having best graphics? I don't want to fight, I just want to know your honest opinion.

You just have to wait for a bit. It should take about 5-10 minutes after you start until you get signal.
