  • I'm pretty sure you had a intense cardio training week. Are you keeping that up?

    If i recall it was 4 days a week. Are you still doing that or did you stop that in exchange for weights.

  • always keeping the cardio up man, just now concentrating a lot more on sprints rather than raw distance work.

  • I been doing a lot of pullups and plyo pushup variations. A thread where the triple clap was praised made me start. I was like its ghey but lets do all the different plyo pushups. I can do all but two. I can't clap then behind the back clap then clap for a 3 clap. I havn't tried clapping behind my head. Other than that i can go behind the back for a double 1 front one back, i can do a triple in front. I never seen the big deal with that stuff. How had training been going for you? break any grnd

  • that's great pylo push-ups are great for explosive strength. I have been doing lots of boxing and started vale tudo. I am just lifting weights right now, I just basically wana increase my bench and snatch. Nothing really special, have so much in combat training I can only find time in weight lifting right now, other than that I'd like to increase the weight on the magic 50.
