The attachable shotgun looks like it would make a m4 front heavy if i were in the armed forces I'd think i would prefer to reach for a sawed of shotty with a sling for breaching. However the turret system looks legit and should be implemented to protect our brave soldiers.

I carried a variety of weapons in Afghanistan. For Kalishnakov's, I've used both a Hungarian AMD and a Russian AK-47. I thought overall the M4 was more accurate with a sustained rate of fire. The AK47 and the AMD pulled more than the M4 when firing and had more jerking from the bolt moving back and forth than the M4. The AMD also jammed alot (believe it or not). M4 didn't jam at all during a full year's deployment (ops outside of the wire BTW). AKs have less range than M4s.

actually, ak47 = more firepower but, bad accuracy, m16= better accuracy but, less firepower. both guns are good. but, depending on what kind of weapon you want to use is up to you.

@majgenpain I can tell from that statement that you have never used either a Russian made ak47 or Middle Eastern ak47. I have fired both in tests and combat.

The good thing about a 7.62 round is that it makes a nice big whole. The good old SLR was a great gun using the same round and could bring down a house. Modern Nato rounds (5.56) are like bb balls. However depending on the rifle used the range and accuracy are much greater. A well made ak47 is useless over 200-250 meters FACT!

The auto .50 cal is already out I thought.. called CROWS (Common Remote Operated Weapon Station). Its used to do 360 sweeps with a -20 to +60 degree elevation. It can fire M2 HB .50-cal Machine Gun, Mk19 40-mm Automatic Grenade Machine Gun, M240B 7.62-mm MG and M249 5.56-mm Squad Automatic Weapon. It saves lives for sure.

They now have an even better rifle then the .50 cal. Its called the M109 25 mm rifle. Should check it out looks bad ass.
