Britain has warrants and arrest rights just as in the USA. These are riot police. As if the exact same thing does not happen in the US - like last week or when someone loses a basketball game.
@emdeengee Oh man you have no idea. People go fucking insane at Bball games. It is much like soccer riots. If they win they riot. If they lose they riot. If there is a tie they riot. If the game is called off because of weather....they riot. Pretty ridiculous.
