Haha.... I bite my nails too, I think thats probably the first thing I started biting when I started growing teeth as a baby lol, Ive actually tried stopping a few times, but everytime my nails would grow, and one would break or chip, Id start ripping them to pieces with my teeth, needless to say I gave up on letting them grow....

i have a tip that's helped me stop biting my nails: to keep myself from picking at any flaws i see on my nails, i keep a nail file and nail clipper EVERYWHERE (one pair in my purse, one pair at my desk at work, one pair at my desk at home, etc). this way, whenever i see something wrong with one of my nails, i can get rid of the flaw quickly and efficiently, and the rest of my nail stays in tact because i don't feel like i have to pick at it anymore. :)

That's funny that you bite your nails! I do the same....it's a terrible habit, especially when I'm so into beauty and looking nice. If I keep my nails painted it helps stop me from wanting to ruin them! So go treat yourself to a manicure. Maybe that will help you! : )

As for bitting your nails. I use to bite mine really bad too. I finally stoped, but it was b/c I wanted long pretty nails, so it was hard to break the habbit, but I did some how.

At one point I started bitting them again, b/c they wouldnt grow, they were too thin, so I started wearing false nails, I now wear solar nails. Sorry Im not of much help there. :0)
