If you love Zelda, I highly recommend Ruin Factory: Tides of Destiny. It be the game got back few months before LoZ:Skyward Sword to help with the waiting...and then kept playing for another like 2 WEEKS After the game came out, LOLZ XD

That is, Opening Day from GameStop the 'Special Version' w/ Music Disc 'n Controller to boot. Tides really is that good, IF are an RPG and OoT fan.

the first time i beat the game I didn't know you could beat his final phase with 1 hit from the boomerang and I beat him with half a heart left. (thank god I had the blue tunic)

Awesome game. If you choose the arrows the feather is key you don't have to take any of those hits. It reminds me of that old toy you spin around one foot jumping with other and the toy counts how many spins you have done. Does the original black and gray Zelda have the boomerang?

Actually this is how I beat that boss and the last one is actually painfully easy if you use the right item.

1st form Magic powder

2nd sword/magic refection

3rd is the sword of course

4th use the Pegasus boots to score hits faster

5th Fire rod or boomerang both one hit kills

6th and hears the best one, it seems hard as hell but one boomerang hit to the eye and he;s dead for good.

Even though you don't have a bug-catching net in this game, the shovel DOES substitute for one in this fight.

In the original, if you stay towards the bottom center of the screen, Dethl will pretty much stay in the middle and not move around the room following you, making the fight easier. I think they slightly changed that for this version, cause I don't remember being able to "cheat" like that nearly as much when I played it.

And the windfish is a freaking MAMMAL, not a fish!
