  • Captein Quig would be proud of you. ( The Cain Mutiny)

  • :O I do exercises like this all the time! I use them as warm ups before I play guitar!

  • my cousin has that!

  • These are not fushigi there baoding chinese medicine balls. And this is not really the proper way to use them.

  • @treehippie789 Yes you are right, the title states they are metal balls. Also, this is a DIFFERENT way to use the spheres than the normal way. That is why I thought people might be interested to see a new trick you can do with them. Thanks for your interest.

  • how did i get from scooter trick mastering to this

  • I find this really annoying to watch casue it makes me want to move my hands around!

  • i don't really understand why so many people disliked this video. some of it is pretty cool

  • life is better with sound effects :)

  • Because exercising with Chinese Therapy Balls and doing Finger Fitness exercises can help improve the strength, dexterity and coordinations of your hands. A magician in a sense is a small muscle athlete. If you condition your hands you can perform at a higher level.

  • i came here from league of legends twisted fate card trick... how?

  • i couldn't do that without the balls, WTH !

  • Comment removed

  • how did i get here from 15th prestige on black ops

  • @MrMwolverine20 That's a good question!

  • hey dont worry abt any 1 im sure what u did in this video was pure talent smh.......

  • am I the only one who got sore hands from watching this?

  • @cynthiastar21 Silly you, gliding is NOT for heavy spheres. The fushigi ball itself is more for using with contact juggling n shit.

  • freak

  • When you had your middle and ring fingers out, and your pinky and your pointer bent in, with the balls on opposite sides...my inner child kicked in...and i saw an alligator...sir...you made me wiggle in my seat...

  • gravity prone -.-

  • 0:24 looks like a face

  • U must have lots of good practice huh?

  • go to 53 seconds on the movie time bar and whatch as he slips the spheres between his finger they stay together like there magnetic...

  • those are some big balls ..... metal ones to

  • This was great, now do it with your left hand. You do believe in symmetry right?

  • @SlicerJen it would still involve playing with two balls

  • You've got balls of steel!

  • dude waaaaaaay too much garageband FX

  • how did i go from finger break dancing to this?

  • Oobi.

  • oh yeaaah just rooooooooole em around...just rooooooooole em around.

  • 0:21 looks like an alligator.. :)

  • BALLS OF STEEL

  • it's a magnet bolls

  • I know and THIS person knows, we all know that there are other ways of exercises for your hand... but, the simple act of rotating the therapy balls exercises and stretches the joints and muscles in your fingers to your forearms. it might be something odd to do and you might find it fake, but it all depends on your belief into things... The truth is, your consistent thoughts only add to the positive, or negative, outlook of things... If you think it would work then, it might actually will o.o""

  • were the sound effects really necessary?

  • @debenni Not at all - but I just thought it was silly

  • @GregIrwin2008 The sound effects were awesome!

  • i was wathing superman effects and now im here?!?!?!?!?!?!?

  • Wtf is this

  • ewww his hand!!! D:

  • Amazing!

  • hahaha metal balls

  • Was this music made in Logic?

  • @rayfan9876 I think I made it in Garage Band and some sound effects from I-movie.

  • @GregIrwin2008 Ah I see. Me being an experienced Logic user recognized some of the instrument samples and synths, plus the infamous "Radio FX" at the end. ;)

  • miren sus manos feas

  • @SlicerJen Yes I would agree. I suggest trying the Finger Fitness exercise program.

  • @Lucasdj12 Who cares about how his hands look? (besides you)

  • WHERE THE FUCK AM I?

  • that is cool.looks like it takes some skill and patience to learn to rotate them on top of your hand.

  • Contact Juggling*

  • @myerspable Sorry - just having fun. I suggest turn the sound off and put your own music on.

  • nice!!

  • YOU GOT BALLS OF STEEL!

  • Fushigi sucks but baoding balls rule & the person doing this video has worked them quite sometime! Love it thanks, cheers !

  • @TheAsumadre It is just a lighting effect

  • mmmm bals of steal...

  • those are to focus chi

  • can you do it?

  • if its not the actual fushigi ball dont call it fushig

  • @flexygirl100x I called it a METAL BALL - doing tricks that could be used for FUSHIGI BALLS. This move can be performed with metal or plastic balls. Most people call this contact juggling or palm spinning. A fushigi ball is simply a plastic ball with a metal core - that is my understanding.

  • @GregIrwin2008 Actually, Fushigi is a crap version of an acrylic ball used for contact juggling. Do you know how to do CJ or did you learn about it because of Fushigi?

  • @Danni293 I first started exercising with the Metal Spheres in 1988. Some people called it PALM SPINNING which is a style of contact juggling. In 1997 I went to China and produced the video "EXPLORING THE CHINESE THERAPY BALLS" I was actually introduced to contact juggling or SpherePlay by Michael Glen in 2001.

  • fushigi is japaness not chines and fushigi is not the art its a company trying to make fushigi into and art the real art is contact juggling

  • contact juggling makes your hands look like this!!!

  • I loled at the sound effects

  • it dose not float on its own

  • thumbs up for red hands!

  • Greg is a master at his craft. I've seen him work in person and his hand fitness exerspheres are the best thing for pains and aches. I have much better balance, agility, and even peace of mind. Thanks Greg

  • China is awsome!!!!!!!!!

  • mini fushigi ball lol!!!

  • omfg that shit is sooo amazing!!!xD!!!!!can u teach me????

  • you a $100 magician!!!

  • Consult your physician before playing with Chinese balls.

  • i taped it

  • my mom has these

  • they look like little fushigi balls...

  • fushigi is just the name of the company that makes the crystal metall ball the art is called contact juggling using boading balls chineese therapy balls or whatever "FUSHIGI" isnt a new invention it has deep chineese history

  • @ilikecryptozoology You are correct!

  • @GregIrwin2008 have you tried contact juggling

  • @ilikecryptozoology Actually Japanese, Fushigi is Japanese for mysterious, dark, and beautiful

  • LOL @ "35mm Chinese therapy balls"

  • omg hes performing WITCH CRAFT

  • @pimpcane123567 No Witches involved - just lots of practice. If your MIND wills your body to do something and you practice enough, you might be amazed what you can accomplish. GOOD LUCK

  • @GregIrwin2008 then it must be like telekinesis lols

  • @GregIrwin2008 do you have any exercises for speed? im not able to go through the other vids,i dont know why,but errors keep ocurring, thanks.

  • @giroalvaII if you really want to condition your hands for speed I would suggest the DVD "The Advanced Finger Fitness Guide" which you can find at the website HandHealth listed just below the video above.

  • @pimpcane123567 i'm wiccan and i fail at it so far lol xD

  • ahhh.. ive seen better! :p

  • @babiebuntin This little video is not the most impressive but the purpose was to show a new move that has not be shown yet. Has anybody seen this move before?

  • @GregIrwin2008 don't worry i was just being a smart ass! i think this vid is pretty cool :)

  • @GregIrwin2008 ur the first mate, great vid.

  • That's impressive hand dexterity. But, it would be a stretch to call it contact juggling, and it's really not even possible with fushigi balls, which are standard 3 inches (76mm) in diameter. I'd love to see a video of you manipulating balls of that diameter, though -- you'd likely be skilled at it, even though smaller diameter balls are substantially easier for any sort of palmspinning like you show here.

  • @zanfur Thanks for your observation. Yes maybe it is a stretch to call palm spinning contact juggling, to me they go HAND in HAND. Yes these are smaller than the full size Fushigi but I had heard they do make smaller sizes. Also, you referred to what I am doing as palm spinning when much of the video the spheres are not even in my PALM but on the backside of my hand. I really do not like to label what I do as many moves can overlap. Also, you will find sometimes the smaller the sphere the harder

  • @zanfur Also I just posted a video for you entitled ROLLING METAL CHI - you can see the larger 73mm spheres rolling. It is kind of an artsy piece that I hope you enjoy.

  • The master is at it again. I gotta try this.
