I love the sound of the model A. Of all the cars with 4 cylinder engines, none other has the true model A sound.

Sounds from modern car engines are nothing but noise mosquite makes .

I had a 1929 Model A Town Sedan with pull down arm rest in back and flower holder and shades in the back of the car.

My first car. I miss it so.

55mph to 60mph floored without overdrive. With overdrive they can run 65 mph all day.

By the way, this Model A is now in a museum in Holland.

Pop didn't have a Model A, but he did have a '29 Willys, and the straight-cut gears in the tranny sounded just like that.

Thanks for posting this. I've been driving my dad's 28 roadster pickup and I really have alot of fun. The sound is the best part, the whining and the slight crash of the gears sounds great!
