as someone who used to hate guy, i can say that he has a very arrogant and attention seeking air, some of his sayings are annoying, his spiked bleached blonde hair and sun glasses at the back of his head, makes him seem kinda Guido-like! i didn't like his other show... but i like triple d just cuz of the food porn, but guy does still talk way too much sometimes! and he doesn't seem so pompous in this show! I'm starting to warm up to him!

This show is my religion. It's not a cooking show, but it is a cooking show. It's not a travel show, but it is a travel show. It's all over the place and one place at the same time: Americana, the melting pot...literally. He's a great host too, Guy works great w/ the camera, has a lot of presence.
