As i find myself hitting the replay button for a third time... I realize this is what made me love Lemon Jelly in the first place. I agree with skycrusher that this type of music is either very comforting to those who solace in their own minds, whereas uppity, anxious, ever-nervous people find this to be too "slow" for them... Music like this really let's you know who you are compatible with characteristically...
@ClayColes - actually the videos were outsourced to a company called Airside, which although it is Fred's company, my hunch is that many of the videos were created by different people, hence the great variety among videos in this album. This video is epifantastic.
@guernseyr Actually, some people have said that they might be coming out with a single in 2014 - don't know if it's true or not (probably not), but I do hope they're on hiatus! They're simply amazing!
No need to down thumbs the chap's comment. It's his opinion, Lemon Jelly isn't for everyone. But the guy did come and watch and he made a civil comment.
Mobian, I myself am into the monotonous comfort zone of trance and such, maybe it's because I probably have some mild form of Autism but who knows.
I like to fill in the blanks with my imagination, and it probably helps to be under the influence too. You should watch their "Ducks in the Water" video, if that's its true name.
I feel the reason I brought it up is clear enough to be present. The monotony, for one, was effect of the cause. And like anyone with a "disability" they may feel ashamed or different or less a person.
But when a person over comes it, comes to terms with it, deals with it. They are proud, and they want to show the world, tell the world, hey, I'm here too. To let others know they are people too.
I am proud that I have Asperger's, so many friends, and such a loving family. I'm proud of myself for learning to function properly in society. In some cases I've grown to function better then most of you "normals" I appreciate your neutral tone in your inquiry, I'm much used to hostility. Thank you
This coordination really works~

Love it! I stumbled on to Lemon Jelly by accident.
Now everything of theirs I check out turns out to be a whole new experience.
Not only are they an auditory delight, but their videos are incredible.
And I don't even like techno or electronica or whatever it is labled.
Really like Nick's acoustic guitar blend in some of their material.
Love the video for this one!!

Does Lemon Jelly make the videos themselves, or do they just do the music?

The video style is very much a part of Lemon Jelly's thing, but I understand if you don't dig their minimalist visual style. :-)

Why do people who may or may not have autism always bring it up for close to no reason?
You'd think they're proud of it.
