Sorry but MaiDreaming is the best maid cafe in Akihabara, I have been going to maid caffe's daily since 4 weeks. Have been to 7 different ones and MaiDreaming has the most to offer. The one near Akihabara train station above Sega arcade is the best.

It costs a bit more but you get what you pay for.
