Well Ok, Impellitteri, Malmsteen and Cooley plays cleaner and faster than him, but not at his age. When he is their age (or 20) he will outplay anyone.
@NisseEricsson Not exactly.. He's good, freaky good considering his age, but he is no where near the best. In fact, I'm kind of wondering how he got all this fame already (I mean, he has like one original song on youtube, and its only been out for less than a year I think). There are a lot of technically extraordinary players if you venture out of mainstream music, and a lot of them aren't even full time musicians. Look up Marshall Harrison, he is a great example of what I'm talking about.
He's kinda' like the Bill Gates of young metal guitar! I really appreciate how normal and kinda' geeky he is. It truly shows how distracted we've become by the "rockstar image". I hope he stays just like he is, ULTRA PLAIN.
damn thats nice.. :o every chinese guitar freaks shreds with no feeling and looks like they are bored to life but when i look this kid, he is truly enjoying playing guitar and smiles all the time.. that's what we only need, keep playing little man!!
actually im not, it just true.. My opinions doesn't cause of that if they're black or not.. But i have just seen that most of the dudes who shreds without any feeling is the chinese, it's not about the breed =) Sorry if you got me wrong that I'm racist.. But i don't say that cause they are just black people or just chinese. It's all about the opinion.
Well maybe you should just leave out the Chinese bit cause if you look around on the internet enough you'll see far more white people trying to shred.
you dont need to "show" feeling to have it while playing music, most likely what you are speaking about is a cultural desire to suppress excessive joy noob
i hear alot of tecnique freaks, but what impresses with me with this guy is his confidence while playing. You really get the impression that this is a cakewalk for him, and thats an awesome feat. (and yeah, hes like 5 XD)
I strongly believe the downvote was a mistake.

@rationalityfirst No, that was Justin Bieber noticing that this guy is so much cooler than him although wearing such an ugly shirt ;-)

This kid owns every player on the planet technique-wise. No discussion. I wonder what his own music will sound like. I look forward to see.
NisseEricsson 1 year ago
@NisseEricsson Maybe he owns every player on the planet of his age + 10 years. There are at least 10 older players that would eat him for breakfast..

lol for sure all of us guitarists would be shitting bricks if we were told to shred with that little amount of gain.
