Yes you are correct. There are two versions to this song with one of the versions saying "Afghanistan", and the other saying " South Africa" twice it seems... but for some reason this video version has the other "south africa" wording. Not sure why...but like you, I like both versions and the general message is still the same.

All versions of the track (including the video too) originally had the line about Afghanistan in them, but due to the 9/11 attacks & the subsequent military action, they decided to edit out that one word from the track, as I guess they didn't want to cause offence etc. But all they did was replace the word Afghanistan, with the words South Africa, but it was really badly done & making the first line ridiculous: ''Dictation is in force in South Africa-tan''! Why didn't they just re-record it?...

@flux33312 The lyrics are sad on that part either way they phrase it: 'South Africa-tan', 'Afghanistan'.

Later in the song, though, they reference Eurasia, so the older wording would have made more sense... :(
