Day A - Squat 3x5 - Bench Press 3x5 - Deadlift 1x5
Day B - Squat 3x5 - Press 3x5 - Power Clean 3x5
Workout 3x a week. e.g. Week 1 = Mon=A Wed=B Fri=A
so then Week 2 = Mon=B Wed=A etc... Sat and Sun off.
eat healthy, lots of protein, a little cardio (not too much) and get at least 8 hours rest and the results will come. Try adding a little weight to the bar each workout. GL. XD
hey im not vince but I know that you can use a box underneath the chin up bar. what you do is you stand on the box to allow you to lift all the way up, you basically cheat my letting your legs help you. then you lift your legs up so they dont hit the box. lower yourself down SLOWLY. and then repeat my putting your legs back on the box. do 4 of them. and then move on to the next exercise

there is no "fast" muscle building unless you roid or have beginner gains. All half decent programs build muscles as long as you are consistent.

You can use a chin up machine with weight resistance, so you be a little bit lighter and build it up from there.
