  • there is no "fast" muscle building unless you roid or have beginner gains. All half decent programs build muscles as long as you are consistent.

  • This free videos are like "Demos" if u every use "Demo" program u get only like half of stuff to give it a try.

    When u purchase whole Vince program you get everything there, so no its not just 3 exercises , its a lot more , and its really really good stuff, im speaking from my own experiences.

    Constructive criticism? The information you presented was great - but a mic would help get your word out. Wireless - they're cheap. Also, don't clap at the beginning of the videos. It drowns out anything important that you have to say.

    As one person researching this topic, I like to know that the person teaching is experienced. Maybe a tank or shirtless?

  • @nisarakbari practice flexing them with no weight or anything. once you have a good feel for your lats and how to flex them focus on doing that when you actually workout. btw wide grip is better for your back than narrow grip

  • I didn't notice that many people had already posted those questions I made before, and Del Monte never replied. So, I'm guessing this should be performed 3 days/week, say Mon - Wed - Fri. It wouldn't make any sense to do it more than 3 days due to the intensity of the supersets.

Can you necessarily eat whatever you want if your an extremely hard worker, i keep hearing about all these food plans people go on. But if you didn't want the "perfect" body and just wanted to get in shape and have a little definition could you still work for it and continue eating what you wanted. I have ate what i wanted all my life and im not overweight nor out of shape i just dont have muscle.

But Im wondering what to eat and how muh whey protien to take everyday on workout days and non workout days. I work out back/biceps monday, wendsday I workout chest/triceps and friday I workout legs.     Just wondering how many times i'm supposed to do this week 1 workout per week until i need to move on to week 2 and so on and so forth.

  • Lol it dosent cut. I've gained 6 kg of muscles in 3 weeks, by doing a fullbody program,

  • 6 kilos of muscle in 3 weekss? so u gained 0.6 lbs each day. if this is true, u got good genetics coz i did full body workouts before but I never gain muscle but I got heaps cut. now i do each muscle once a week and i started to gain muscle.

  • If you are a beginner, "The" best muscle building program is Mark Rippetoes Starting Strength.

    Day A - Squat 3x5 - Bench Press 3x5 - Deadlift 1x5

    Day B - Squat 3x5 - Press 3x5 - Power Clean 3x5

    Workout 3x a week. e.g. Week 1 = Mon=A Wed=B Fri=A

    so then Week 2 = Mon=B Wed=A etc... Sat and Sun off.

    eat healthy, lots of protein, a little cardio (not too much) and get at least 8 hours rest and the results will come. Try adding a little weight to the bar each workout. GL. XD

  • You can use a chin up machine with weight resistance, so you be a little bit lighter and build it up from there.

  • hey im not vince but I know that you can use a box underneath the chin up bar. what you do is you stand on the box to allow you to lift all the way up, you basically cheat my letting your legs help you. then you lift your legs up so they dont hit the box. lower yourself down SLOWLY. and then repeat my putting your legs back on the box. do 4 of them. and then move on to the next exercise
