ok, so left hand plays A octave. then right hand plays the E-A-C# chord with thumb, middle finger, and pinky. then the right hand, still in the same place, plays pinky, middle finger. then right hand moves to the right three keys (it's on C#, go up D, D#, E) play that E with the pinky, the C# with the middle finger, then the A with the thumb.

Hope that helps. I know it's wordy, but it's a simple motion once you get it down.

i was trained to play classical piano, i've tried on my own to learn jazz piano, and i haven't taken any lessons for 8 years. prior to that i had about 10 years of formal piano lessons. the type of piano in the video is an upright grand.
