@Phillip1393 looks like double sided tape. reason= when you are playing out, if you drop your pick, its easier to just grab one off your guitar instead of looking for the dropped on, thus ruiing the jam.

@sircharliesavior I've personally tried them both. The ZR DESTROYS the RG's Edge III by a landslide. I've never tried the Edge Pro so I can't help ya there...

Hi , please I have a question. I have ibanez S07LTD ( with ZR tremolo). I dont know why, but i think that tremolo dont work correctly( Guitar is often out of tune, and even anfter tuning it is out of tune if I am playing Bar Chords in higher position). Is there some other tremolo ( schaller or gotoh ) that will be compatible with this guitar ? Thank you :) / sorry for my english :-D I hope you understand ;-)

@F1rst777 Sounds like Intonation issue. Good way to check is to either play open string then either 12th fret harmonic or at the 12th fret. If the open string is pitch, and the harmonic and or the 12th fretted is flat or sharp you have an intonation issue. Im not sure on this Trem how to adjust that, but very easy to do.

@mrEmu7 he was taking the tremolo stabilizer in and out and if you don't know what it is.it will bring your tremolo back to the same spot it was in before you used it.like if your guitar had worn out knife edges the reason it goes out of tune is because it won't naturally return to that spot anymore.but a stabilizer would fix it but you lose the flutter effect.but the coolest thing about this bridge is it doesn't have knife edges its on ball bearings.so they dont get worn out .

@seventhanime you would have to adjust the springs in the back so that the spring tension would match your string tension

i have this guitar and the zr really is a badass bridge. unforunately, stupid guitar center gave me a whammy bar that wasn't really meant to fit in the arm socket and the bolt on the socket broke. i can't find a new zr or socket piece anywhere....

when a string breaks,does the other strings get out of tune?..how hard is it to restring(all 6 strings) the guitar? is it hard to balance it(does it need to be balanced like floyd rose?) or it remains balanced like a fix trem even without a string? can you show us how you re-string your guitar(advance thanks)?

@SoundOfAShark its probably because you have the older version. they have recently brought out a whole new line of s series guitars and discontinued the old ones like the s320 because of the poor materials used in the zr. it kept breaking, because of the poor quality materials used in the arm holder, and other places i think. hope that helps :)

ZRs are the best thing that has happened to guitars since the Floyd Rose.

I've found that ZR1 is work best with 9-12-16-24-32-44 string gauge -better tone and playability. 9.5-13-17-26-36-49 are pretty good too.

that is absolutely insane how high and smooth you can squeal with the zr or zr2. Im still debating between and original floyd rose or a zr for my Xiphos. lol there was no debate until i saw this. Have you had any problems with your zr? thanks :)

according to the 3:20 methord in the video,the zps function would be lifted,then the pressing resistance of the zr tremolo could be significantly declained.

unfortunately i've not used edgr iii

any tremolo 's pressing resistance is depended on the spring 's quality and the pull ohe the string(like how you tune )

well i have the same guitar, and the problem with these tremolos are that they used crap metal, so sometimes the rod inside breaks, causing it to be loose, that might be your problem
