Flora's is March 1st. Musa's is May 30th. Layla's is June 15th. Stella's is August 18th. Bloom's is December 10th. Tecna's is December 16th (going by the original Italian birthdays).

Stella was held back a year, making her a year older than the rest of the girls. So excluding Stella, you have to go by their birthday to figure out the birth order.
